10 year old me ran into my big brother Jeremy's room," Jeremy! Wake up!" I called, he wasn't in his room.
"Jeremy?" I looked in his bathroom, he wasn't there either. I ran down to the basement,"Jeremy?" where is my brother?
"mommy!!!" I yelled and she raced down stairs,"what is it hunny?" She kelt down to my height.
"M-mommy where's Jeremy?" I cried.
She hugged me," I don't kno-" all the sudden screams erupted from many streets over.
"Go to your room and get the little box in your nightstand! Meet me in the kitchen!" She said and I and I ran up stairs to my bedroom,I opened the door and got the little box that was in my nightstand but on top there was a note.
My dearest sister,
I am so sorry I had to leave but I had to . Remember that I love you so so so much, I hope I'll see you soon. I am the innocence I am what could've been. In a desert we call home. Got something to live for, I know I won't surrender. I pray for mourning, I swear I'll never let you die. FEAR won't steal what burns in you. Remember those so when we meet I will know it is you. Take care of yourself. Don't trust anyone okay?

I shoved the note in my pocket and ran down stairs to my mom, the screams getting closer and closer. "Here mom." I handed her the box and she pulled out a long knife and it's holder thingy. She strapped it around my waist and then she hugged me," i love you so so so much. Be safe baby." She kissed my forehead and I nodded.
" Find shelter then a water source okay? Don't let anyone see you especially the men in black cloaks and skeleton like masks. Remember the story's your brother taught you. I love you now go." She let go and I took off out the back door.
