Little Miss Perfect

“What the hell are you doing here Jasper?!” I shouted.
Jasper, my beloved cousin, just entered the house as if it was his. Which it isn’t. Sometimes I wonder if he really IS my relative. The difference between us is very huge. He is male, I am female. And he is a douche, I’m a lady. He fails school, I don’t. But there’s one thing that we have in common.
We’re both The Coles. Jasper and Arianna Cole.
“Sorry to ruin your date, Ari. Who’s the lucky guy?” he smirked, pointing towards Ashley. I rolled my eyes and took the baseball bat out of Ashley’s hands. “This is my neighbor and I won’t do the introducing because you two already know each other.” The last time I was at Ashley’s home, I saw pictures of them together, goofing around. So why wasting my time on them?
Ashley and Jasper continued talking and catching up on stuff. It’s typical boys… I, on the other hand, went back to my TV and played ‘The Last Song’. Miley Cyrus is also an amazing actor, but her new look is kind of ok. I liked the old her, but people change.
Speaking of changes…
My mind was lately occupied with changing my looks. The perfect, beautiful and popular girl everyone admired, to be gone. This lifestyle was getting in my way to live like I wanted to. All the expectations of my parents, of my friends, even my singing coach! They have the thoughts for me to be the most popular, the smartest and the best in everything. I honestly didn’t like the style my parents brought me into. The style of living in a mansion and having the urge to always study, so my teachers will be pleased with my work. Isn’t it what everyone wants?
Two hours or so, passed really quick and I was tired from everything. Sighing, I walked up to my room and locked the door. “I don’t want anyone bugging me now…” I whisper to myself. There’s one little secret people don’t know about me. Not even Jackie knows about this. I have a blog, on which I help my readers with their problems. Today was Friday and usually I don’t even get any requests for help. But I got one.
It said,
Dear Future’s Assistant,
There’s this girl in my life… she’s absolutely amazing and beautiful. Every guy’s dream. She’s also my neighbor and the most popular girl in school.
This girl kinda sounds like me…
We don’t get along really good-We mostly goof around and throw sarcastic insults at each other. I don’t know what to do, to win her. To me, she’s perfect. Anything a guy could wish for. Please help me.
And her name is…
Wow, this guy had the balls to say who his perfect Cinderella was.
Her name is Arianna Cole.
