As we walked up the stairs I looked down at my shoes. I really had someone the whole time? Ella, Andy and I got upstairs and the guys where up there along with Juliet and Sammi. Ella let go of me and ran to Jake hugging him tightly. I half smiled looking at the couple.
'' I missed you so much.'' Jake picked ella up in the hug and spun her around.
"I missed you too Jake.'' Ella said before he kissed her sweetly on the lips. I looked away to give them some privacy but Andy kept on staring at me so I looked down at my feet. All the sudden my vision got really blurry and I felt extremely light headed so I leaned against the wall for support.
"Isabelle are you okay?" Jinxx said as he looked at me.
I nodded, ''Y- yeah Im fine Jinx-'' My vision went black and I fell with a thud to the ground.

-Sammi's Pov-

"Jinxx I think I smell blood.'' I whispered quietly to him. He nodded and looked over at Isabelle, I looked over too. It's her blood. Maybe she has a paper cut?
"Isabelle are you okay?" Jinxx asked her. Is it just me or does she look paler than usual. Isabelle is Jinxx's little sister... Those people who had her for the last 17 years aren't her parents... He jut has to figure out how to tell her..
Isabelle replied with a, 'Y-Yeah I'm fine Jinx-" Before she passed out.
Ella and Jake where in their world but I don't blame them, they haven't seen each other in forever.
I speed over and lifted her shirt, there was a would that was leaking blood.
"We need to get her to the hospital!" I yelled and picked Isabelle up and ran to the car putting her in. Ashley, Jake and CC sat in the back holding her and putting pressure on the cut while Ella and I where in the front racing to the closet hospital. We got out and carried her into the ER entrance.
"Please! We need help!" People came rushing out and took her in the e.r. For everyone's sake I hope shes alright. Jinxx went over to the desk to get her paper work and the both of us filled it out. "Excuse me is someone here a relative of Miss. Isabel-'' the poor man didn't finish his sentence before Jinxx was on his feet.
"That's me!" He said loudly. I walked up beside Jinxx.
"We all are sir.'' I said motioning to everyone. The doctor nodded.
"Well.. Isaelle's body put it's self in a coma to heal and re build it's white and red blood cell count but then theres bad news... we don't know when she will wake up. Everyone including Andrew looked at the doctor stunned. That means there is a possible chance that she won't wake up.. Cc tried to elighten he moment
"Hey! She can't put herself in me! Get it? Coma? Christian Coma?" He looked around but no one laughed except for Juliet. Jinxx simply ran out of the hospital doors... He just got his sister back and now she can possibly die...
