Faithless

7th grade I met Alilynn we were so close, I always had a crush on her since the day I laid my eyes on her, her beauty is just amazing. The day Andy left her she lost it, the sparkle in her eyes were no longer there, she blamed herself for him not caring anymore. I was by her side 24/7, I moved in with her to keep her stable and back on her feet. At times I wanna confess my love for her but I know she's still in pain after Andy leaving 2 years ago.

I sat there holding her in my arms as we both stared out the window watching the rain, I softly sang along to Fire and kisses her forehead. "Do you think I'll ever find anyone? Like will I ever get over Andy?" Alilynn asked staring up at me. "Only time will tell sweetie." I sighed and picked her up to put her in bed since it was late, "I love you" I mumbled kissing her cheek turning turning off the lamp and walked to my room to sleep.
