"Where are you taking me?" I ask as we climb into the car. "I'm showing you around town. You're staying here for a while so you should know where everything is." He starts the car and takes off down the driveway. "This is a highway, there's not really much to see here." He smiles. "I don't know, those trees are pretty interesting." I smirk. He laughs, it 's one of the most beautiful sounds I've ever heard. His phone goes off. "Hey will you read me that?" "You changed the password." The keypad went from numbers to letters. "Oh yeah! I forgot. It's Rose." I feel my cheeks heat up. I open up the text message. "It's from Your grandpa, it says, hey can you pick up some spark plugs for my motorcycle? Oh my God they ride motorcycles?!?" "Yeah you disn't see the tattoos and leather jackets laying around?" He asks. "They have tattoos?!?!?" What is this fuckery?!?! "Yes!" He smiles. "Oh my gosh your grandparents are amazing! Do you think they'd let me ride one?" "Of course! You can ride mine! I might have to change the oil though. I haven't rode it since I came here last." "I'm so excited!" I squeal and clap my hands together. "They are going to like you even more when they find out that you ride motorcycles." He smiles. "I still can't believe how awesome your family is." "I know right. I'm pretty sure my aunt has more tattoos than I do." "You're kidding." "Nope." He pops the p sound. "That's freaking amazing. Oh my God." I laugh. "I'm pretry sure you're going to meet her tonight." Oh yeah. I'm meeting his family. I'm so scared. What is they don't like me. That would be horrible. "Hey." He breaks me out of my daze. "They are going to love you." He rubs his thumb across my hand. This still doesn't help. "Why are you so nervous?" He aks gently. "I don't know. I'm just scared that if they don't like me, you'll leave me." I cover my mouth with my hand. Oh my God did I say that out loud? "Aw Lace. Don't you worry, I'm not going anywhere. I'll be by your side as long as you want me." He says firmly. "No matter what they think about you, and they'll love you because I love you." All of the air leaves my body. Did he really just tell me that he loves me? "Oh and you're just an all around badass." He smirks. I laugh at this. "I mean just look at you. You've got tattoos all over, lots of piercings. Not to mentiin that you're a red head, and nobody messes with red heads." "Oh my God you're so stupid." I laugh. "But I still love you."
