The Moment

Ash's POV
After Rain rushed out I finished undressing, and threw my sticky, syrup covered clothes out into the hallway so Rain could wash them.
I started the shower, and waited for the water to heat up.
I swear I could still feel her hands running along by stomach and chest.
The thoughts of it sent a small shiver up my spine, I liked the thought of her hands on me.
Shaking the memory of it from my mind temporarily I stepped into the stream of warm water.
The water rinsing the stickiness from the syrup and completely relaxing my body.
I was standing there thinking for a good 15-20 minutes before I decided I was done.
None of the syrup got into my hair, and it's not greasy looking so there is no need to wash it.
I stepped out onto the mat in front of the shower and grabbed a towel.
Wrapping the towel around my waist, and walking out of the bathroom I started my way to look for Rain.
I walked to her bedroom to see her in different clothes, laying on the floor.
Unlike me her hair got syrup in it and her body without a doubt is sticky.
But because I was taking my shower, she hasn't had the chance to wash the stickiness away.
"Hey, um I need some clothes." I said after knocking on the door so she knows I'm here.
"Oh, yea you do, don't you?" she giggled as she looked at me just in the towel.
"Mhm unless you want me to walk around in this towel until my own clothes are clean." I stated with a smirk.
"Well as much as I wouldn't mind that, you're gonna need some clothes so here." she said while smoothly tossing me some stuff.
I didn't even notice she got up and grabbed them.
Wait... Did she say she wouldn't mind me staying in the towel?
Hm...
"Thanks, you should take your shower soon. Even if towards the end the water gets cold. You shouldnt stay sticky like that."
"Yea I know. Thanks for giving your opinion though Ashy" She said quietly.
I don't know why she's being quiet all of a sudden, maybe she's thinking about something.
If she was I'm just going to leave her to her thoughts.
I walked back to the bathroom and changed into the clothes she gave me.
They were her dads, but only a little bit big on me.
When I walked back to Rains room I heard the water in the bathroom attached to her room running.
She's showering.
Once again I found myself just looking around at her room.
Just like I had the first time I was here.Rain's POV
"Why are you sitting out here?" I calmly asked.
"I saw the window open, and that there was a little ledge, and yea." he quickly said.
"Oh, okay..."
The sun was starting to set, and scenes of mushy love movies ran through my mind.
Should I be super girly and like lay my head on his shoulder? Should I try to hold his hand?
I don't know what I should do. it's not like it's the first time I've held his hand and we're together, but still I'm scared to do anything.
I just got out of the shower and my hair is wet and I am kind of getting cold... I could always play the "I'm cold, can you keep me warm" card.
No Rain, that's stupid. stop being so... "Stupid!" I accidentally said out loud.
"Stupid? What? Are you calling me stupid." Ash frantically asked.
"No! Not at all! I was calling myself stupid."
"Why are you stupid?" questioned Ash.
"Because I was going to try to play the damn 'I'm cold, can you keep me warm' card!" I shouted on accident.
"You. Were going to play a card on me? HAH." he said with a laugh.
"What... oh I see. Just cause I'm a girl means I can't make the first move on my boyfriend."
"No! That's not what I meant Rain."
"Sure it wasn't." I said in a doubtful, sarcastic tone.
"I'm serious... I didn't mean it that way Rain!" he shouted in a panicky tone.
That just set me off into a fit of laughter.
"Now you... want me to... play a card... on you." I said between gasps of air from laughing. " you go from not wanting me to, to making it okay for me to do it."
"What makes you think I didn't want you to play a card on me?" he said with a smirk that turned into him blushing.
"I don't know? Maybe it was the ' You. Were going to play a card on me? HAH.' bit." I said using air quotes.
He looked at me with his dark brown eyes in a serious way, then made a goofy face.
This purely confused me. which made him laugh.
Seems like he's on a 'laugh at Rain' kick today.
"I'm going back inside." I said in a way that would for sure make him think I was mad at him, but really it was just part of my master plan.
-insert evil laugh-
He just has to take the bait, and my plan will be on track.
I climbed back through the window, sat on my bed, and prepared to put on my act.
I made my face look like I was pouting, and refused to look out the window-no matter how much I wanted to-in case he was looking at me.
"Rain..." He started.
It's time to get this play started...
Ash's POV
I watched Rain climb through the window and sit down on her bed.
Could she really be mad at me for laughing at her?
I looked out in front of me and saw the sun almost completely set; all the colors of pale pink, orange, and yellow almost faded into dark blue.
My eyes zipped back over to Rain and she had her pouty face on, that face gets me every time.
"Rain.." I started " are you mad at me?"
No reply.
"Rain?"
No reply.
"Come on Rain, talk to me." I said in my 'trying to be persuasive' voice while climbing through the window.
Right when I got in front of her she turned away from me.
I don't get why she's so upset over me laughing. I laugh all the time and she's never gotten like this.
"Rain, talk to me, I know you want to." I spoke in a joking voice with a smirk.
Still nothing. I guess I will have to go to my last resort.
"Okay Rain. You leave me no choice but to... TICKLE YOU!" I said while pushing her backwards on the bed and getting on top of her to make my tickling easier.
I started tickling her to the point where she couldn't help but laugh.
"AH, Ash stop! It tickles stop!" Rain laughed.
"That's the point!" I laughed while slowly decreasing my tickling.
I looked down at her and stared into her sparkling blue eyes.
Damn they are gorgeous.
She stared back at me and smiled, showing me her beautiful pearly white teeth.
The strong pull of wanting to kiss her reforming in an even more irresistible way.
I lean down and place my lips against hers, and immediately we're kissing as if our lives depended on it.
Slowly I rub my hand up and down the length of her side.
We pull apart for a slight second to get air, but instantly are back to kissing.
I slide my hand up her shirt, and feel the little goosebumps on her skin-that must have recently formed-and slightly smile.
We pull apart again as I gently slide her shirt off, and she tugs mine off.
I see her quickly smile as soon as my 'OUTLAW' tattoo is revealed on my stomach.
She softly brushes her small fingers along the word in a way that gives me goosebumps much like hers.
In seconds our lips are back together and our hands are exploring each others bodies.
Rain's arms wrap around my neck and her fingers tangle themselves into my hair.
This moment is pure bliss, and it's stimulating all of my senses.
I move from her lips and start kissing her neck, which gets a whole new reaction out of Rain.
Gently lifting her up a pull her closer to me; I quickly unclasp her bra and throw it across the room.
"WHAT THE FUCK ARE YOU DOING. YOU FAGGOT GET OFF OF MY DAUGHTER." screamed Rain's mother from the doorway.
"UGH. NOT AGAIN." we growled in unison.
I rolled off of Rain and confronted her mother.
"Bitch, listen to me. You do not get to control Rain, and how her life goes. You don't get to do anything you drunk piece of shit. You should consider yourself lucky to have a daughter as amazing as her. I've known and have been dating her for a short period of time and I feel so lucky." I yelled and slammed the door in the woman's face and locked it.
Rain stared at me wide-eyed and tried to keep from laughing.
"You go Ashy. Tell her who's the boss." she said with a giggle.
"Yea, yea, yea." I laughed while sliding into the bed and pulling her close to me.
