We Are Unbreakable

Rileys POV

"Hey, how are you?" I asked a fan as she approached me at Bryan's tent.
"Oh my God! I'm amazing! Would you sign this for me?" The overwhelmed fan asked, handing me a picture of myself from the photo shoot I didn't with Jackson's shop.
"Of course, who am I making it out to?"
"Hannah. A friend of mine lives in Chicago and saw your show with Pierre and she said it was amazing! I had to check you out!"
I looked her up and down. Scoping out all her band merch. I noticed a Black Veil Brides wristband amongst the many others.
"You like Black Veil Brides?" I asked handing back the now signed photo.
"Oh yeah. I love them, especially Ashley" she swooned.
"Awesome. Well remember to check me out later with Pierce The Veil. Thanks for stopping by" I said dismissing her.
"Are fans always like that?" I said as I turned to Bryan.
"You'll get used to it. We're already half way through the tour" Bryan said.
"But they just blurt out who they love? Even if they know they are in a relationship?"
"Pretty much. Some don't know the status of the relationship, so they all assume girlfriend and that they will break up. You should here how many questions I get about Andy... It gets annoying cause I don't know. I don't talk to Andy as much people think I do."
"Hmm, I can see what you mean. No one has really asked me about Ashley... Or any of them..."
"Yeah, but you haven't put it out there. Like you're relationship with Ashley isn't ridiculously public. And it's not like you go round saying your last name is Purdy. You don't live off of their fame. You've actually created your own fanbase which I admire" Bryan said.
"But you're the one who first put me out there..."
"I help people who I think deserve the recognition. You deserve it. You're so talented and you've been hiding it for so long, you've got to make the most of it" he commented.
"Thanks Bryan. That means a lot to me. That you think I actually have talent... I still don't see it."
"You will. When you perform with PTV tonight, get Vic to get the crowd to yell for you. They should know by now who 'special guest' is. Make them draw you out. You'll see. They are there to see you too. Your making a name for yourself and it doesn't connect to Ashley's."
I shrugged at Bryan as another person approached me. I was nothing special, I knew that and I wouldn't ask for anything more or anyone.

After I finished my set with Pierce The Veil, I waited backstage for them to finish King For A Day with Kellin.
As they came off the stage, all drenched in sweat, they were commenting on the show.
"I swear the crowd gets bigger at every warped" Jaime said.
"It's probably cause of this one" Vic said gesturing to me.
"I highly doubt it. You guys have an amazing fanbase, they are all there for you" I said shaking my head.
"You underestimate yourself" Kellin said grabbing a bottle of water.
"No, I'm pretty sure it's not me" I retorted.
"Look me and the guys were thinking that you should join us for another song. We think we could add an entertainment element into it, if you're game" Vic said.
"Really? Another song? Are you sure? I don't want it to be too much."
"It won't be. We were thinking Bulls In The Bronx. You'd come on stage when we go all Hispanic on the song and you'd dance like the girl does in the music video. Fans would get such a kick out of it. You can have shorts on underneath so when the part is over, one of us pull off the skirt and you sing with me" Vic said excitedly.
"I would lov-" I was interrupted by my phone ringing. "Hold that thought" I said going further backstage for some silence.
"Hello?"
"Riley! You've got to come home now!" Ashley yelled into my ear.
"What? Why?"
"Kimber's gone into the labour! The baby is coming! You've got to come home now!"
"I-I'm in Ohio! I'm never gonna make it!"
"Yes you will! There's a flight that leaves Ohio to LA in an hour. You've got to be on it!"
"Okay! I'm coming! See you soon!" I said hanging up.
I rushed back over to the guys to goodbye.
"Guys, I've got to go home for a day or two. My best friend is having her baby and I promised I would come home for it. But when I come back we'll talk about Bulls In The Bronx! Thanks guys!" I said dashing away from them before they could say anything.

Ashleys POV

After I made the call to Riley I got into my car and rushed over to the hospital where CC and Kimber were already in their assigned room.
As I entered the hospital Andy and Juliet were at the front desk asking for the room number.
"Hey guys. Where are they?" I asked as they walked away from the desk.
"Level four, room 37. Lifts are over there" Andy said making a dash for them.
We finally found their room after taking a few wrong turns.
"Seriously? How did we miss this hallway?" I complained as we got to the doorway.
"Cause you don't read signs" Andy shot.
I just rolled my eyes at him.
"About time guys!" CC said as we entered.
"Where's Riley?" Kimber said, wide eyed.
"I called her, but she's in Ohio. She won't actually get here for another five hours..." I said nervously.
"What?! But I need her here!" Kimber whined.
"I'm sorry Kimber, she'll get here when she can. How are you feeling?" I asked to take her mind off Riley.
"Ugh, fat... I want this baby out, but at the same time I want it to take forever so Riley will be here" she said looking over at CC and Seth.
CC reached out and held her hand. "It's okay, she will be, but don't force the baby in."
"Well for Riley's sake, this better be a slow birth."

Rileys POV

I looked like a maniac dodging my way through LAX. My flight was long and full of turbulence, but I finally made it home.
I had no time to change before I left, so I still smelt like sweat, but I'm sure we were all used to that by now.
As I exited the airport, I jumped the taxi line, earning complaints from patient travelers.
I jumped in the first one and demanded he take me to the hospital.
I sat back a rested for a moment. In Ohio it would be about 2 am and I would be asleep. I tiredly pulled out my phone to turn it back on. As it flashed to life, no messages showed up. Maybe I haven't missed the birth.
I looked up a moment later and we were at the front of the hospital.
"Thanks" I said to the driver, throwing money into the front seat.
I ran out of the taxi and into the building find the first desk with a clerk.
"Hi, could you tell me what room Kimber Mora is in?" I asked as I neared the desk.
"Level four, room 37, didn't I tell you before?" The clerk asked.
"No, must have been my friends. Thank you" I said making a rush for the lifts.
As soon as the doors opened to the fourth floor I raced down the hallway looking for the room and came to a halt when I saw it.
"Did I miss it?!" I yelled upon entering.
"By an hour" CC said. "And shoosh! Kimber is sleeping."
"I'm so sorry. I got here as fast as I could. Boy or girl?" I asked.
CC smiled. "Seth, you stay with your mom. I'll take Riley to see the baby."
Seth nodded and took CC's seat.
CC lead me down another hallway where Ashley was standing staring through a window.
"Ashley!" I yelled running up to him.
Ashley turned and smiled when he saw me. His arms opened for me to collapse into them.
"How's the tour?" He whispered.
"Later. I wanna see the baby!"
CC and Ashley smiled and pointed to the baby dead center in the row closest to the glass.
The baby was wrapped in a pale pink blanket, so I assumed a girl. She was so beautiful.
"What did you name her?" I asked excitedly.
"Say hello to Tegan Catelyn Mora" CC announced.
"Catelyn?" I said arching an eyebrow.
They both chuckled a little and CC explained.
"Kimber wanted you apart of this. You'll have to ask her. She'll explain it in a girly way you'll understand."
"Aww, well congratulations! You are now a parent!" I said hugging CC.
"Thank you. It is a very weird feeling" he said nervously.
"You'll be fine. I might go see if I can talk to Kimber. Hopefully she will wake up. I'll talk to you later Ash" I said kissing him on the cheek and heading back to Kimber's room.
I got back to her room and Seth looked half asleep. His little hand resting on top of Kimber's.
I lifted Seth off the seat and placed him my lap. He stirred and went back to sleep.
"Kimmie" I whispered. "Kimmie" I whispered again.
"Hey bitch I'm here" I said a little louder.
Kimber stirred and her eyes fluttered open.
"Riley! You made it!"
"I'm sorry I missed it. Tegan is beautiful though. Congratulations on your baby girl!"
"Aww, thank you. I'm so glad you're here. Even though you're late, I still love you" she said tiredly.
"I know. Her middle name is Catelyn" I smiled. "You didn't have to do that Kimmie."
"I wanted to. You have been my friend since the beginning. Ever since I moved here you were my best friend. You are my family. Everything I've got is because of you. I love you Riley."
A tear leaked from my eye and I quickly wiped it away.
"I love you too Kimber."
