Ignoring his comment, I grabbed my bag and practically ran to a booth at the corner to collect my prize.

"$500,000 little lady." The old man said giving me my money.

"Are you serious?" I was astonished, never before had i gotten so much.

"Yes ma'am. This is one of the most popular pits sith the best fighters and since mostly everyone bet on Chubaca as you have labeled him, it all goes to you since he lost."

I snorted when he said best fighters. Yeah..right.

"Well it was nice meeting you sir, but i gott go. Have a good day!"

The exit, finally, was right before my eyes. I was almost there until some idiot grabbed my wrist, preventing me from going any further.

"Uh..can you let go?" I said yanking my wrist slightly. "Look dude, I just want to go home-" rent an apartment actually. "- eat and sleep."

The guy who was holding my wrist was quite handsome. I think I saw him with Asshole. But he had to be a pervert. Looking at my boobs while talking.

"My friends and I want to talk to you. Probably even give you a deal of a life time-"

I cut him off there. "Blah blah, i have heard it all before. You want me to become one of your fighters. Not gonna happen."

During our little talk, he had let go of my wrist.

"Bye perv!" And i left on my little hunt for a place to call my humble abode, for a while.

But i swear I heard him say something about me changing my mind. Meh...think I'm going coocoo.
