Abigail's POV
"Dinner's ready!" I shouted from the kitchen as i set my plates down on the table. Andy walked out, holding his phone to his ear, a frustrated expression on his face, the brow arch he always does.

"What's wrong?" I asked, after he set his phone down on the table.

"Abbie, I have to tell you something very, very important." He looked at me, staring into my eyes.

"What is it?"

Andy's POV
"What is it?" she asked innocently, blinking at me. Argh, how should i put it? I couldn't just say it immediately. Mom just called me to tell her about it. But why? Out of the blue like this? She put her hand over mine, "Andy?" she said quietly. My phone rang. I retracted my hand away from hers to answer the call.

"Hello?"

"Have you told her already?"

"No. She's my sister. How am i going to tell her just like that?"

"How can you call yourself her brother when you are the one screwing her all along?! If you can't tell her, then i will!"

"WHAT?! Mom, no!" She hung up. How the heck does she know? What fuckery is this?

Abbie's phone rang. She picked it up. I snatched her phone away from her before she could put it to her ear. I put it to my ear instead.

"Abigail, since Andy won't tell you, I'll say it instead. You-" I hung up. Abbie stared at me.

"Andy-" She started. The house phone rang. I snatched it up.

"Is this Abigail?"

"No, Mom, shut up! I'll say it!" I hung up. This is exhausting. Finally the phones stopped ringing.

I walked back to the dinning table.

Abigail's POV
"Abigail, you are," he sighed,"not my sister."

"Then who am i?"

"You were adopted."
