Two of the Best

Andy and I talked on the way to the venue, now and then brushing shoulders or hands. I had laughed a few times, but just a soft giggle. I was insecure about my laugh, it sounded terrible to me. But then again if Andy and I were going to be together we need to be honest with each other. As we walked into the venue, I had another heart attack as I saw my two other favorite bands, but drew my attention back to Andy quickly. We both liked Batman and kittens...and food very much. I couldn’t help but notice the sound of Raven yelling at someone, and turned for a split second to see who it was at. Ronnie, of course. I sometimes wished she’d stop, but I loved her with all my heart. I have told her everything and she is the only one I truly trust.
“Give me one second, I wanna say hi and I’m sure you want to meet them also.” Andy said and smiled.
“Yeah, t-that would be great.” I said, biting down on my lip gently. Andy grabbed my hand and pulled me behind him to the members of Pierce the Veil and Falling in Reverse.
“Guys, this is Alex and she is going to be seeing the show tonight.” Andy introduced me to them, and I felt as if he was catching on a bit with my shyness and shock. I waved slightly at them, staying still and gnawing on my bottom lip. I couldn’t help but notice Ronnie eyeing me up and down, causing a blush to form on my cheeks. Andy had let go of my hand and I sighed gently, I wish I had the confidence that Raven had. He turned back to me and we slowly made our way over to the seating area, both of us sitting and laughing as we talked. I managed to slowly get use to talking to Andy, letting myself relax a bit. When Andy had to leave I felt sad, but I soon became happy again when I saw that Raven was coming over to me.
“Hey Alex?”
“Yeah?” I ask, trying to catch my breath slightly, this was all so overwhelming to me.
“Are we dead or is this real?”
“It’s real.” I still felt so unsure about it though.
“Woah.”
“Girls” Mike cuts in “We can actually hear you, ya know?”
“Woah.” Raven and I say together. Then it happened.
“Hey. Alex! Your hot!” I heard Ronnie call to me from across the room. I looked up when I heard my name but then started to blush madly, starting to play with my fingers in my lap. I felt myself relax as Raven stepped in. I would never be able to respond to that even if I tried. I would stutter so much, and I hate my stutter. Then I hear it, the word submissive. Raven...CC’s….Submissive…? I shook Raven a look of pure confusion. I’ll ask her later. I couldn’t help but feel someone staring at me while Raven and I talked about random stuff, both of us denying any food that they offered. I notice myself tugging down at the sleeves of the Black Veil Brides sweatshirt I wore. Even though Raven knows a lot about me, some things are kept a secret, and my arms were one of the biggest.
I looked up as I heard Ashley’s voice, and smiled when I saw Andy walk over to me.
“Come on, we are going to the bus.” Andy said, holding a hand out to me.
“W-Wait, you want m-me to be with y-you? I-I mean on the bus and everything. I-I mean on the bus…” I blushed darkly and looked down slightly, playing with the bang part of my hair. Andy chuckled and nodded.
“Yeah,” He said and I grabbed his hand lightly, standing up. I was about to pull my hand away but Andy squeezed my hand for a second before letting go. I actually had hope the he liked me. We all walked back to the tour bus, Andy and I once again talking and I noticed CC staring at Raven, why did he look so mad? I felt Andy wrap an arm around my shoulder, causing me to freeze and my eyes to widen. It was a bit uncomfortable in many ways, but I let him keep his arm there.
“So, Alex, tell me more about yourself.” Andy said, and I looked up at him slightly. Although I was tall with my height of 5’6, Andy was still much taller, but I was taller than Raven.
“A-About myself..? W-Well...I-I…” I hated to talk about myself, especially things that happened in the past.
“W-Well...I uhm...w-what about myself..? Since you already k-know the basics…” I stuttered out, blushing darkly at how nervous I was.
“Hmmm...Tell me about your family.” Andy said and I almost stopped walking, but he kept pulling me on.
“M-My family…?” I looked down at the ground and sighed softly.
“I had a Dad and a Mom, I was the only child…” I bit my tongue gently, that was all I really wanted to say.
“What do you mean by you ‘had a Dad and Mom’?” Was Andy really that clueless?
“M-My Dad when I-I was little...He...He used to...a-abuse me…” I choked out, fighting back any tears that threatened to fall. We had reached the bus by now and Andy pulled me inside, and sat me on a coach. I could see the shocked expression easily on Andy’s face, and then it was almost angry and mad.
“I-I don’t understand why anyone would do that to someone, especially their own daughter…” Andy said, staring me in the eyes.
“I-It’s fine...It was many years ago...It doesn’t matter anymore…” I shook my head and looked away from him, wiping my eyes without smearing any of my makeup. I sighed and Andy clicked on the tv, Batman was on so he put it on. I sat back in the couch and took a deep breath, trying to relax myself. I had just met Andy in person today, and I’ve already let him know more than many others. The things he was able to make me say. Andy slowly put his arm around me, and I looked up as Raven and CC had came back to the room, what were they doing anyways?
