Two of the Best

Alex's POV:

I felt my breathing become slightly heavy, this happens whenever I wasn’t able to relieve the pain from myself. Andy leaned in and softly kissed my forehead. It reminded me to relax. That I was safe with him. There was no need to cut anymore. I could see it was damaging Raven as much as it was me, so I texted her.
Alex- Raven, don’t let this get to you.
Raven: But I just… It’s so stupid. These girls tell us we need to grow up when they are like fourteen.
Alex: Please? Don’t do what you want to do over this and I won’t.
Raven: Okay.
I slid my phone into my pocket, sighing quietly to myself as I leaned my head against Andy’s shoulder. Once we reached the bus we all got out, and the boys ran to get ready for the sound check. Raven and I then decided it was time to get ready, and I started to sort through the Hot Topic bags.
“Hey, Alex? Did you grab my jeans?” Raven called to me and I raised an eyebrow.
“Why would I- Oh yeah! Sorry!” I threw Raven her jeans and she gave me mine, and I quickly took off the black jeans with white spots of baby powder ones I was wearing. I slightly struggled into the news jeans. Oh god, did I really gain weight from just two meals? I bit my lip and zipped them up, then grabbed a short sleeved Black Veil Brides shirt that had Andy on it only, and put that on. I looked at myself in the mirror and sighed. I need to get rid of these bandages. I slowly unwrapped them from my arms, then grabbed a paper towel and wet it. I dabbed gently at the slowly healing cuts, just to get any dried blood off of my arms. I sighed to myself and threw it all away.
“Want to go see if Falling is back on their bus yet?” I ask Raven and walk out to her.
“Come on!” She says and we both run off the bus and over to their bus. She knocks on the door and we wait a few seconds before Ronnie swings the door open.
“Hey… Can we hang out with you guys? Pierce and Brides are doing sound check.” Raven said and he let us in, and we all went to sit on the couch.
“Hey, uhm Raven, Alex. I am really sorry about the other night. I was drunk as fuck and I didn’t mean to offend you guys. Or get Raven in trouble with CC. Please accept my apology.” Ronnie said and I felt myself blush lightly as I remembered when he called me hot. How could I have forgotten that? I just simply nodded, giving him a small smile.
“It’s cool dude, but if it happens again, I will have your dick on a stick in my front yard.” Raven said jokingly and I guess we were all on good terms now. We clicked on Teen Nick, it was always my favorite channel and it still was a bit. We were watching Victorious, and I couldn’t help but giggle softly. Then when I heard Ronnie’s laugh that only caused me to laugh harder, my true, non faked laugh. Ronnie looked at me and all of the sudden he started to lean in close to me. I panicked.
“Hey, Raven and Alex weren’t on Pierce’s bus and I thought they might be…” I heard Andy’s voice and my eyes widened. I moved away from Ronnie, looking up at Andy with shock.
“Alex? What’s going on?” Andy’s voice was filled with hurt. I could have started to sob right there. Did I really just blow it even when it wasn’t my fault?
“Okay, Andy, listen to me. Alex and Ronnie were sitting on the couch watching Victorious and all of a sudden Ronnie was trying to kiss her. Alex was trying to get off the couch as you walked in, so it all looked kind of weird.” Raven backed me up and I felt myself almost relax, but then I felt tears begin to slowly stream down my face.
“Shh. It’s okay. I’m not mad at you. It wasn’t your fault.” Andy came over to me and hugged me, and I tried to stop crying as hard as possible. I didn’t want to make Ronnie feel bad enough if it was his fault. I loved Falling, and I would hate it if Ronnie hated me. I couldn’t help but notice Ronnie glaring at Andy and Raven.
“Ronnie, you have no right to be mad at Raven. All she did was protect her friend. You however, just lost three.” Andy stood me up and kissed the side of my head. He did it on purpose so he knew that Andy and I were dating. I took a quick glance back at Ronnie, I had stopped crying. He looked so hurt and upset, also angry at Andy and Raven. When we walk back to the bus CC looked angry at Raven.
“Raven,” CC started, “Why would you lie about Ronnie?” I heard CC ask. Raven looked terrified now. Time for unsure and usually unhelpful friend to come to the rescue.
“Look, she didn’t lie. Andy walked in on Ronnie trying to kiss me and she simply explained what she saw. She didn’t lie.” I said, with an almost angry tone to my voice. A while later I heard Jake’s voice call for Raven and I.
“Raven, come on! The concert is starting soon!” Jake called to Raven. Raven and I ran to the concert, going backstage. I watched as they performed, my eyes not leaving Andy. I gently sang the lyrics of each of their songs. This was awesome.
Then I felt my phone vibrate in my pocket and I took it out. It was a text. From Ronnie.
Ronnie- Hey Alex, after the concert stop by the bus. I need to talk to you.
I didn’t respond. My eyes widened slightly and I shoved the phone back into my pocket.
