Ashley's POV
Flash seems so hard, like she's built these walls to keep everyone out. Yet so fragile, she's so beautiful. God what am I thinking. She could never love me. "Ash? I'm hungry." Flash whispers to me and I smile softly. "What do you want?" I ask and she shrugs. "Anything really, we're normally starved." She says solemnly. I pull her closer and she sighs. I can tell she at least trusts me. That's a start isn't it. The powers still not on and it's still thundering out side. "Andy what do we have for food?" I ask and he shrugs. "I don't really know." Flash's eyes light up and she chuckles. "Andy can I see your lighter?" She asks and we all turn to her, there is no way she could know about that. "What? You remind me of brother. You smell like cigarette smoke." She sighs obviously her brother is a touchy subject. "Sure." Andy says tossing her his lighter. Viper and Horror pull some stuff out of their pockets and Flash takes all in her lap. "You guys wouldn't happen to have a bobby pin or two?" She asks not looking up from the wires in her lap. CC digs a couple out his pocket and hands them to her. "Guitar pick?" She asks and I hand her mine. She smiles as our hands brush and with in a couple minutes she smiles slightly. "Do you know where the circut breaker is?" Flash asks looking up and I shrug. Horror smiles and stretches. "Saw it on the way in here. Come on I'll show you." She says and Flash stands up hiding something in the palm of her hand. "Lets go." She smiles and follows Horror out of the room. Viper just shakes her head and chuckles. "What's so funny?" Jinxx asks and she just smiles looking down. "5-4-3-2-1" Viper counts down and the power comes back on. "Holy fuck what just happened!?" CC yelps startled. I shrug and a very happy Flash comes skipping in the room. "I STILL GOT IT!!" She shouts and Horror leaps on her back sending in face first into me. She lands on my lap lips inches away from mine. Oh how I want to kiss her, but I can't. She blushes and sits up. "How did you do that?" Andy asks and she shrugs. "In school the only classes I aced were science, physics, and math... I wanted to become an engineer, but whatever." She says with a shrug. "That's so cool so what you were building got the power back on?" CC asks and she smiles. "Ya, it would have been better if I had a can, 7 batteries, and a chain but whatever." She says with a shrug. Jinxx and Jake suddenly run out of the room and I look at CC and Andy confused. "Where did they go?" Viper asks and we shrug. "Can you fix these? Please!?" Jake begs as they run back in with their broken electric guitars, Flash laughs and nods. She takes them and sits on the ground, taking them apart and putting them back together. "Try them now." She says leaning against the couch. Jake and Jinxx plug them in and they play like new. "Holy magic unicorn!" CC gasps and we just look at him. "What!?" He defends and I just shake my head, "I'm still hungry." Flash says and I smile. "Pizza!" Jake yells and she laughs. "Whatever!" She says and he fist pumps the air. He runs out of the room and runs back in with a pizza box. He hands it to the girls first and they each only take a slice. "I'd haven't eaten in a week." Viper groans as she finishes the piece. Horror nods in agreement and Flash just sighs. "It's been 2 for me, I refused to have sex with a 16 year old." She says and my eyes grow. Omg I feel so bad for her. I jus want to hold in my arms and tell her it'll be alright.
