Andy’s POV:

Last night when I looked into (NAME)’s eyes, they seemed so dull. They didn’t have the same sparkle that they had before. I sat up in bed, swinging my legs over the side. I rubbed my eyes, seeing as the sun shined through the curtains. Alex didn’t have school today since it was the weekend.

I looked down at (NAME), her hair covering her eyes as she continued to sleep. I stood up and went over to my closet, putting on a shirt and some pajama pants. I heard a groan come from (NAME) and I looked over at her, her eyes slowly opening.
“Good morning, Andy,” She whispered to me tiredly. I smiled at her.
“Morning,” I responded.

(NAME)’s POV:

I sat up, brushing my hair out of my face. I got a sudden rush of a memory. I missed waking up to him being with me.
“Sleep well?” He asked me.
“Very,” I responded. I haven’t been able to actually sleep in a while, so this was amazing.

I changed into some clothes that were in the room that I stayed in 13 years ago. It remained untouched. I smiled and went downstairs into the kitchen.
“Goodmorning...Mom,” Alex said and I smiled at him.
“Morning Alex,” I responded. I watched as Andy poured me a cup of coffee. I started to add what I wanted to it.
“Wow...You really haven’t changed that much,” Andy said and I nodded.
“I only got older,” I stated, smiling to myself as I took a sip. I sat down at the counter across from Andy and Alex. I looked at both of them and laughed. “You two could easily be mistaken as twins if you were the same age,” I said, taking another sip.
“Yeah, he does look a lot like me,” Andy said, ruffling Alex’s hair.
“Daddddddd,” Alex complained, trying to fix his hair after.
“Oh uhm, Alex. (NAME), or I mean your Mom is gonna be staying here again with us,” Andy said and I gave Alex a small smile.
“Ok, that’s cool,” he said and I laughed softly.

Alex was in his room, like usual Andy said, and Andy and I were alone together.
“(NAME), can I tell you something?” Andy said, looking over at me.
“Yeah, of course,” I responded.
“I...I don’t know how you are going to take this but...I still have feelings for you...And over the years I tried to stop them, but I still feel so drawn to you. I was once even asked out by this girl named Juliet, but I said no. And now that you are back...I...I don’t want to lose you again,” Andy explained to me. I looked up at him, not saying a word. I didn’t need to nor did I want to. I only grabbed his face and pressed my lips against his. I felt his hand over mine, removing them from my face and squeezing them. He kissed me back. We broke the kiss and I smiled shyly at him.
“Give me a chance, (NAME)?” Andy asked.
“I’ll give you so many more chances, Andy.”
