The Hidden
Oh God.
*Pandora’s P.O.V.*
“Pandora for One-Thirty.” My brother said to the receptionist. She was a fake blonde, her dark brown roots were showing. Her boobs were small but she had probably put on a push up bra and extra push up padding. I don’t know who she was fooling. The adult looked up and smiled. She looked at me directly.
“It’s for you right?” I nodded. “Alright go ahead and sit down Ashley will be here in a minute.” She glanced quickly at the door we entered through. That meant Ashley still wasn’t here. We sat and she started playing music, Black Veil Brides: Set the World On Fire came on first. I smiled and nodded to the drums. I looked around, behind the desk of little fake boobs was a long hallway with the walls painted black. Doors lined the hallway until it made a sharp left turn, the rest of the hallway invisible. On each door was white letters declaring it as an artists or a certain room. A tap on my hand stopped my casing of Dark House.
“Do you want me to stay with you?” My brother asked. I shook my head. He stood up and I grabbed his hoodie. His eyebrow shot up in question but when I reached in his pocket he nodded to himself. I was getting his headphones out. I didn’t get along with new people well. It wasn’t like I didn’t want to talk, I couldn’t. The most I could get out with new people was stuttering sentences that made no sense because I would skip words as well. Once I had what I wanted, Tate left. Placing the ear buds in my lap I laid my wrist facing up towards me and began my nervous habit. I placed my thumb nail against my flesh and dragged down a small length of my forearm. It left a long pink line on my skin. I moved my hand back and forth creating a deep red line. I stared at the floor. Johnny’s Rebellion started playing in my head and I hummed quietly continuing my nervous habit. The door swung open and I jumped and looked over to the exit. My nail stopped its assault on my arm and Johnny’s Rebellion stopped playing itself as I waited to see who was going to come in. I almost fainted in my chair. Ashley wasn’t a girl. It was boy, and not just any male, this was Ashley Purdy.
