Perfect Weapon

Andy’s vision gotten worse as he ran, his mind got cloudy. He continued to run, until he got to the bus. He then locked himself in the back bedroom. He then took to the bed. He heard four sets of hurried footsteps coming onto the bus.
“Andy!” Ashley’s voice came.
Andy didn’t answer. He instead got off the bed quietly and headed towards a window.
“Andy, we know you’re in there. Come on out, we just want to help.” Jake’s voice yelled.
Andy looked at the door then opened up the window. Someone was trying to open the door. He then looked out and thought twice, but jumped out of it anyway.
Once he was safely and uninjured on the ground he walked briskly away from the bus.

“Andy, if you don’t come out right now; we’re going to bust the door open.” CC called out.
“Enough of his games.” Ashley said. “CC stand back.” He said as he got himself ready to ram himself against the door. “One...two...three…” Ashley ran at the door.
He only succeeded in injuring his shoulder.
Jinxx caught a glimpse of someone outside and took a better look. When he discovered who it was, he looked back at Ashley and the others. They were all trying to burst open the door.
He decided to head off and followed the person that was outside.

Andy collapsed half way between his tour bus and the concert hall. He still continued to press forward, after he got up again. His vision blacked out and he felt himself crumbling to the ground. The last thing he heard was a single pair of footsteps running towards him.

When Jinxx saw the person collapse for a second time, he ran up to the person. As soon as he caught up to the person, he realized the person he was following was Andy. Jinxx looked around and realized how dark it was. He tried to see if anyone else was around, but there was no one. He then pulled out his phone and dialed a number.

Ashley stopped ramming his shoulder into the door as soon as he heard his phone ring. He sighed as he noticed a bruise forming on the shoulder he was using. He then answered the phone, while CC and Jake looked at him in concern.
“Jinxx? When did you leave?” Ashley asked confused.
“A while ago.” Jinxx’s voice answered. “It doesn’t matter though. Andy isn’t in the room.”
“What do you mean Andy isn't in the room? He hasn’t came out since he ran away from Sandra.”
“He must’ve went through the window, because he’s out here with me. He’s unconscious at the moment. But I’ve been following him since I left. Something is really wrong with him. He collapsed once, but he was able to get up and continued on his way. Now he’s---”Jinxx’s voice got cut off.
“Jinxx...you there?” Ashley asked.
No response came. “you’re all going to get it. Why can’t you just leave us alone?” a distant voice answered. The voice sounded like Andy, but it sounded off.
“Jinxx? Hello?”
“Beep beep beep beep…” Ashley hung up the dead line. “Shit…” he said.
“What’s wrong Ash?” CC asked a bit scared.
“Jinxx’s in trouble.”
“What do you mean?” Jake asked.
“He followed Andy from the bus. He guesses that Andy had jumped out of the bedroom window and fled from the bus hours ago. When he noticed, Jinxx left the bus."

“Andy...chill dude, it’s me...Jinxx. Your guitar and violinist.” Jinxx said as he slapped his singer across the face.
The slap knocked Andy down to the ground.
Andy looked up as he placed his hand on his face, his vision cleared and his mind unclouded. “Jinxx?” he asked in confusion.
Jinxx nodded. “Andy, what happened? You said it only happens when you’re resting.”
“I--I don’t...what did I do? Did I hurt anyone?”
“Calm down. We’ll figure it out. The others should be on their way.”
“Did I hurt anyone?”
“No. The only thing that got hurt was my phone. But I was needing a new one anyway.”
“I’m sorry Jinxx.”
Jinxx laughed. “For what? Breaking my phone? It was falling apart long before you grabbed it out of my hand.”
Jinxx then did a recap of what had happened while he had been on the phone. “Andy...could…” Jinxx bit his lip. “Could I ask you something? On a personal note, between the two of us.”
“Sure...what is it?”
“Has there been any life events...before you started BVB...that could’ve caused this behavior?”
“Like what?”
“Like going to the doctors or something like that.”
“Well...there was bullying, but that has nothing to do with what is going on now.”
“Anything else that could’ve triggered something like this. You did mention that ‘Perfect Weapon’ had something to do with it.”
“Yes, I did say that….”
“What else could’ve triggered this?”
“I don’t know.”
“Think Andy…the only way we could help you if you tell us something to start with.”
Andy thought long and hard. “I… I can’t think clearly right now.”
“Okay.”Jinxx nodded then held out a hand for Andy.
Andy took his hand and got up. He then dusted himself off and did his best to look around.
“Where are we?” Andy asked.
“Half way to the concert hall.” Jinxx answered.
“Why? I was running towards our bus...and…”
“And what?”
“Being locked in the back bedroom.”
“What was going through your mind when you were locked in there?”
“That I needed to get out.”
“Anything else?”
“None that I could think of.”
“Has performing ‘Perfect Weapon’ on the stage at any of the tours triggered anything like this before?”
“No. Not this drastic.”
“Well let’s meet up with the guys. They’re worried about you just as much as I am.”
Andy smiled slightly as he laughed. “I’ll be fine.”
Jinxx laughed. “The last you said that you followed it up with vomiting.”
Andy started to walk but he collapsed again. Jinxx, who was a little ways ahead, stopped and look at Andy, who got up slowly.
“Are you alright?” Jinxx asked skeptically, knowing that Andy would say ‘yes’.
“No.”
Shocked, Jinxx went back to Andy and helped him up.
“What’s wrong?”
“Is that a two part question?”
Jinxx didn’t answer, he just shrugged his shoulders.
Andy laughed. “Mentally...I’m not. Physically, not sure.”
The rest of the walk to the guys was in silence.
