My actual adoption..

CC's PoV~

jake went to sleep at 1 am. everytime i tried picking up jez she growls and squirms. i grabbed my phone during a commercial. it was 4 am. shit i needed sleep. i got up and went to pick up jez. he growled softly. "relax." i whispered and she stopped. i carried her up the stairs. she squirmed. im gonna freaking drop her if she keeps squirming. i got up to my room and flopped onto the bed. i pulled her against me. i fell asleep unaware she was whimpering and i didnt hear her cry out.

(the next morning)

i woke up and stretched. i reached to give jez a hug and she wasnt there. i got up and she wasnt anywhere in the room. i got up and pretty much ran down the stairs. she wasnt on the couch and i saw the basement door open. i went down the stairs. i was half blind until i got used to the dark. i walked along the wall and saw the blow up mattresses that andy and jinxx slept. andy's was closer to the wall. i looked down and saw jez curled up and andy had his arm slung loosely around her.i sighed and jez rolled over. i picked her up and carried her up to my room. i went back down and jake was up. "slept well?" "yea it was good. jez still out." he nodded and handed me coffee. andy and jinxx came up the stairs yawning. "hey." jake greeted them andy nodded a greeting and went to get something from the fridge. after a while ashley was up and jez was the only one sleeping. "damn jez is still sleeping." andy noted. i nodded and went upstairs. i picked her up and carried her downstairs. im getting a damn workout from this. i was in the kitchen and andy was looking at me. "why did you bring jez down?" "cuz i felt like it." "oh ok." andy went to pick jez out of my arms. i was mad and i thought back to last night and i was pissed off. andy grabbed jez and was holding her. her tail twitched and he smiled. yea she was cute when she did that the guys knew that. i rolled my eyes and left the house with my car keys and just drove around. why the hell was i mad that jez's best friend was trying to calm her down last night while i was sleeping?
