When all else fails... fake a smile.

Ashley's POV

I was standing out side the doorway to Leah's room. I heard everything, and I....honestly don't know what to think. I knock on the open door and peek my head inside, "Is it ok to come in now?" Brooke was sitting on the bed with Leah, crying. Leah just nods her head. I walk in holding a Monster. Leah's eyes light up, and shake my head no and motion with my eyes that it is for Brooke. "Hey," Leah starts, "look what Ashley has." She sounds like she is talking to a child, but then again.... it sounds like the best thing to comfort her. She looks up at me, whipping the tears away, she smiles. Brooke holds her hand out for the drink. "Ah ah ah, first listen," I tolled her. "Look ok, I am sorry about the other night, I didn't mean to piss you off, or anything. It's just..well," I scratch the back of my neck with my hand, "I did like you, DO, and when I seen you read what I thought, well I knew you would hate me. I don't think of like that any more....." I'm not really good at these type of talks. I want her to know that I am really sorry. I can see that she is thinking...hard, so I hand over the drink and sit down. She opens the tab and takes a big gulp, then looks at me. "I....well I don't hate you. And to be honest, I am not really wanting a relationship. I know it seemed like it at first but now that see ALL OF THIS.... I just wouldn't be able to handle it..." I can see that Brooke means every word. I smile and stand up and go next to her. I wrap my arms around her shoulders, seeing as she is still on the bed, and she leans her head on my chest/mid body.

Brooke's POV

I just lay my head on him. He is solid, yet soft. I relax in to his loving touch. I know I will end up regretting this, but I warp my arms around his waist, pulling him closer. I feel and hear him laugh. I end up smiling and sit up. "Well since you are now somewhat better, how about seeing if I can finally walk around now, seeing as it has been a week of me getting my beauty sleep," Leah says as she starts messing with her hair. Me and Ash laugh. "Hun you look anything but beautiful right now," I say nudging her. She puts on a hurt face then smiles, "I know I can smell my self...." Ewww ok.

*time skip one week*

Jake's POV

So Leah finally was able to come home......err back on the bus with us. We were now about a week behind our tour dates. We had them moved back but are now going again. Leah is fine, Brooke seems to be doing ok, and ever since a fan posted a video of Ashley, CC and Andy getting chomped off by Brooke, media sights have been blowing up about it. People have started following Brooke on any and every social media. Well....now she is somewhat famouse....
