It Just One Of Those Days.

It's been around a month since I moved with Matty, and a month since I saw CC... It's been so long since I haven't seen him that If I tell people I met him and my pizza fell on his head, they probably wouldn't believe me. Today was my day off, thanks to Matty and Carry on deciding to close the shop, and I spent my day in the park bench, with my legs crossed, sketch book in hand and earphones plugged in. I look around me and smile, taking a picture and begin my sketching. People ran by me, and just stared... Kind of weird. I put a strand of black hair behind my ear and hum 'GoodBye Agony.' As I drew the swing sets. I saw a shadow over me and then it sat down. I ignored it and continued to work... Well draw. "That's great." The little post it says. I look at the person. Shit. I take off a earphone and blush.
"Hey..." I said, CC just smiled.
"Hello, nice seeing you again."
"Same here.. Uhm, why you here?" I asked, as polite as possible.
"Decided to take a break from the band today.. I can tell that you're a fan, and that you were the girl that pizza fell on my hair, so I decided to talk to you."
"Awesome." He smiles. "What you drawing?" I show him... "Wow.. This is incredible. You're really good."
"Thanks CC." He smiles widely.
"You wanna grab a coffee?? There's a Starbucks around the corner." I smile, and nod. "Awesome." I put my sketch book in my bag and take off my earphones, and wrapped them around my phone. I put my arms in my hoodie and wrapped my arms around myself. CC saw me and shifted uncomfortably. We walk in silence to StarBucks.
"Sit here... What would you like?"
"Just tell him my usual.." He looks at me confused, but nods. He goes to order and the cashier, who happened to be a high school buddy, Julio, waves and smiles at CC. CC comes to me and sits down as we waited
. "You know him?"
"High school friend."
"I see... Sooo... This may sound creepy as hell, but I notice that you didn't live in the apartments... I went to look for you." A blush forms in my cheeks.
"Yeah, I moved with my best friend Matty."
"A guy?" I nod. "You safe?"
"If you're talking about sex.. Yes. I don't believe in love." I said.
"Why not? Love is the best feeling ever." I shake my head. "Two heartbreaks is all I'm going to take."
"Why?... You don't.. Have to tell the stories, only if you want to." He must've noticed my face change.
"CHRISTIAN!" Julio yelled and CC stood up to get out drinks. He handed me mine and I took a sip of it, letting the vanilla expanded in my mouth.
"When I was 13... I fell in love with a boy, he was my everything. He was my first kiss and my last. My life turned around, and all that. He was a hypocrite, cheating bastard. When I was 16, I met a boy in a website, we had many things in common. We skyped, since he lived in London and I was here in Cali. I don't think our thing could be called a relationship, we fought and never spoke again,but yeah. Boys suck." I look down at my drink
. "Yeah, I know.. We could be idiots sometimes..." I chuckle. "But we learn how to appreciate."
"I guess, but it's been years since I ever went out with someone." I said.
"Or have you been just avoiding dates?" I stay quiet. "Let me tell you something. Me and the Guys are touring in three weeks. For the next three weeks I'll take you in small, cute, dates. Okay?"
Wait... What?!
Was CC asking me out?
I couldn't... I promised myself.
"And if I don't change your mind of dates, then we will just... Leave it as it is... Deal?" I look into his brown eyes, filled with hope and joy. I sigh and shake my head. I couldn't believe this.
