It Just One Of Those Days.

I look at myself as frown at my reflection. My eyes were pretty dead, my lips chapped, and my face paler than I actually am. It's been two weeks since I've left the wheelchair. I can finally do everything by myself, well not everything but you get my point. My ankle was still in a lot of pain so I had to wear a supporter for that. I put my hair in a messy ponytail, take off my makeup, and change into my regular pajamas. My over large black shirt with some shorts under, along with some socks. I felt free now. I didn't feel like a bother.. And I can finally do you know what... Again.
The first night was, well, it was amazing balls, like very. But CC surprised me, I guess till we got home or until we stay in Wisconsin for three nights where me and my beautiful boyfriend get to share a room, it would be my turn.
"You okay little solider?"
"Yeah... Just." I let out sigh
. "What's wrong?"
"I don't know Papa Jinxx."
"You can tell me..." He reminded me.
"I know I can. I just don't even know... I feel like I'm not going to be the person I was before." He sits in the toilet seat while I take a seat on the sink. The bus was still moving, so I had to grip myself.
"Well nobody goes back to the future little solider. This accident changed your life in a whole different way."
"Yeah... Like earning another scar in my face." I said and looked at my hands. "And hands."
"Doesn't change anything about the inside of you, Kenny. The outside may be different, but what matters is the inside." I look at him and he smiles. I smile and nod.
"Thanks.... Maybe it's just my mind playing tricks on me again."
"Don't let it win." Jinxx stands up and kisses my forehead. "Come on... We're watching a movie." He puts his hair in a man bun and we walk outside. Jinxx had his arms over my shoulder and he poked my sides, I slap his arm and he looks hurt. I roll my eyes and skip, but then stop to my man.
"You okay?" CC asked. I nod and sat next to him. I cuddled up to him and he wrapped his hand around my shoulders. Ashley looks at me and then at Jinxx. Whatever he's thinking, I hope it doesn't involve me.
