It Just One Of Those Days.

I got the bottom bunk, next to CC and under Andy. All the guys had me going. CC helped me with my leg exercises , and even add some... Like me banging on the bass drum. It hurts my back like hell and then I didn't want to do anything. "How you feeling?" Carry asked me through the phone.
"I'm feeling okay... Tired all the fucking time.."
"It's the medicine." She said, I rolled my eyes. That's the excuse I get everyday.
"I hate it though! I can't do shit and I wanna move! I wanna run, skip, jump, bang on CC's drums but I can't!" I place a pillow on my face and scream.
"Kenny, it's only for a few months."
"I don't know how much of this I can take. How's the shop going?"
"We're good! We hired your brother... So we're perfect."
"Oh great, ima have to work with his ass when I get back." "Sorry?" I groan, she chuckles. "He's a great dude.."
"I haven't seen him in three years, which is our age difference, how do I just go back.. In a wheelchair, hey Xavier, remember me? I'm your big sister."
"Well, he's right next to me at the moment..."
"Carry.. Don't you..."
"Kenny?" His voice, deep and full.
"Xavier?"
"Oh my god. Where are you? Are you okay?"
"X, I'm okay. I'm with my boyfriend and his friends." "Boyfriend? Who is it?!"
"If I say it's CC.... What would you say?"
"CC? As In Drummer of Black Veil Brides, in which you use to fangirl like everyday cause you would see a new picture of him because his pictures were always without a shirt, and the one you said you were going to marry and have babies with?" The curtain of my bunk opens... Revealing Ashley, he was trying not to laugh.
Of course, I thought I was alone and had the phone in speaker. I smack Ashley in the arm and roll my eyes as he looks at me all hurt
"Yes. The very one."
"Isn't he a little too old for you?"
"Age..." He sighs.
"Is just a number. I know. Take care sis... I don't want to be a uncle."
"You already are." I recalled.
"True... Okay, stay safe and have fun! See you later!"
"Bye little one." He hangs up.
"Who's X?" Ashley asked.
"My brother." He nods and smiles.
"Well, we made a stop, and we've arrived to the venue... Let's go have an adventure..." I was shocked. He was talking to me like friends.... Not like he hate my guts.
"Seriously? You won't kill me?"
"Not yet..." I give him a frown.
"I'm kidding. Come on." He unfolds my chair.
"Okay... But you better not hurt me." He carries me out of the bunk and places me in the seat. I put my blanket on my legs and he wheels me out... Then helps me down the little stairs. Ashley wheels me all the way to a near by little and peaceful cafe.
"Want anything?"
"A ice tea." I tell him. He nods and goes to order. I take a picture out of the streets and post it on Instagram.


K_hara: in a small cafe. Letting the smell of coffee beans and fresh baked bread fill my lungs.

Ashley comes back with our drinks and my bread, and places it in the table. He pushes me my order and I sip my tea. Raspberry, my favorite.
"Thanks."
"No problem." We were in silence... But it was comfortable.
