Nikki's POV (one month later):

''POSITIVE.''

''Are you sure?'' Kaylie asked as I was biting my nails.

''I have four fucking tests in front of me, Kaylie! They all say the same damn thing. I'm one month pregnant.'' I spat pissed.

Yeah, the shit got real. Ever since last week, I started to feel weird. I couldn't eat anything without throwing up. I had weird cravings and my moods changed within minutes. I didn't know what to do and I was scared shitless. Kaylie said that I should buy a test and see if I'm pregnant or not. Finally, yesterday, I had the guts to do it.

I bought four, just to be sure, even though I hoped that I was just sick. I didn't want a child, not now at least. This morning, I slowly got out off bed without waking Ashley and I went to the bathroom downstairs. Those 5 minutes were the longest in my life. All of the tests were positive. Being the most expensive tests, they also showed the period of pregnancy.

I was one month pregnant. Doing a quick math, I realized that I must've got pregnant when we visited Ashley's grandparents. I remembered that I threw up after I had sex with Ashley and after I took the pill, but throwing it up, its effect was zero.

Right now, I was scared. Today was Ashley's birthday. I didn't know if I should tell him or not. I didn't know how is he going to react. I didn't know if he will want it. Hell, I didn't even know if I want it!!

We were supposed to start recording in one month. Go on tour again, release a new album. How the hell was I supposed to give birth? I can't even watch after Jack, let alone a kid! What the fuck was I supposed to do?!

''Nikki, you have to tell him.'' Kaylie said softly.

''I know but I don't know how.'' I whispered.

''Get him in to a happy place. Then tell him.''

''Kaylie, I don't...''

Wait a minute! Happy place? ... Maybe that could work...

''I gotta go. I'll see you at the party in a few hours, okay?'' I said throwing three tests in the bin.

''Okay. Good luck, bitch!''

''Thanks.''

I hung up and I stared at the test I was holding. I wanted to lit a cigarette so badly but I managed to control myself. I threw them in the bin along with all my lighters. My eyes fell on the bottle of Jack that Ashley and I opened last night. It was still half full and I wanted nothing more but to empty its content. I took only a sip, enjoying it, knowing that it will be probably my last for a while.

Great! This fucking kid is already a pain in the ass!

I sighed, clutching the test and I headed upstairs. I was nervous as fuck but I calmed down a little. I watched Ashley's sleeping form, smiling at his arm drapped over a pillow on my side of the bed.

'Time to take you to a happy place, Ash.' I thought as I slowly climbed in bed.

Ashley's POV:

I was having the best dream ever.

Nikki was giving me the best blow job I've ever got.

I knew I was dreaming because I had my eyes closed and the sunlight was bugging me. I bit my lip trying not to moan as her mouth took me in again. How the fuck was I awake but not awake?! Does it make any sense?!

'Don't make a sound!' I thought to myself as I felt Nikki deepthroating me.

That would've been awkward. Nikki must be asleep near me and hearing me moan will probably lead to a fight. A fight on my birthday was not something I wanted.

'But I can't help it,dammit!' I kept thinking as I arched my back when she licked my slit.

I reached for Nikki with my eyes still closed but I found nothing.

'Wait, what?!'

My eyes snapped open and I looked down only to see Nikki giving me an evil smirk as she kept sucking my length. I couldn't help it and I let out a loud growl when her teeth grazed me as I pushed my hips up.

My hand found its way to her hair as she sped up her pace, knowing that I was close. I moaned and I felt my toes curl as she took me in deep again. I grabbed a fistful of her hair as she stopped teasing me and her chuckle send vibrations through my whole body.

''Fuck, Tiger, I'm close....'' I managed to say as I felt her hand stroking my balls.

I came hard, practically screaming as she slowed down letting me ride my high. Nikki licked me clean and rested her weight on my hips looking at me shyly.

''Happy birthday, babe. Thanks for breakfast, by the way.'' She grinned.

I chuckled as I dragged her up and pinned her under me. I crashed my lips on hers and I quickly got rid of the shirt she was wearing. I roamed my hands all over her sides, enjoying the softness of her skin and the sound of her moans.

''Ash, wait.''

''Hmm?'' I mumbled sucking the sweet spot on her neck.

''I gotta tell you something.''

She said it so quietly that I barely heard her. I stopped and I looked at her. She was biting her lip, signaling that she was nervous. Her green eyes were filled with worry as she clutched something in her right hand.

''What's that?'' I asked and she gave me object.

I glanced at it and I noticed a small screen. 'Positive, one month.' it was written on it.

'POSITIVE???!!! ONE MONTH???!!!'

''You're pregnant.'' I whispered not believing it.

''I think it happened on Christmas, I threw up after-''

''YOU'RE PREGNANT!!'' I yelled standing up.

She quickly threw the sheet over her and looked at me scared. Oh shit! Did I forgot to smile?

The woman I love was pregnant! With me! I was going to be a dad! I didn't understand why was Nikki so worried about it but I didn't care. I was beyond happy. This child... This was the ultimate proof of love between me and Nikki. The fact that she was carrying a part of me inside of her... it was just amazing.

I felt tears in my eyes as I watched Nikki slowly getting up. I smiled widely and I saw the fear on her face vanishing quickly. I walked to her and I picked her up, carefully placing her on the bed. I removed the sheet and I stared at her belly. I ran my hand over it, thinking that my son or my daughter is growing there.

And this time I wanted it. It wasn't like that when Colleen got pregnant. I didn't want the baby nor Colleen. But now...

''You're not mad?'' she whispered watching me.

''No. I'm almost the happiest man alive.'' I answered placing kisses all over her belly.

''Almost?''

She looked confused and I smirked. I wanted to do this sooner but I didn't have the nerve. I planned pretty much everything. All I needed was an answer. And I didn't know if it would be the one I wanted.

''You know what it is in four days, right?'' I asked resting on my elbows over her.

''One year since we first met.'' She answered pecking my nose.

''And... You know what would make the happiest man alive?''

''What?''

''Marry me.''

Her eyes widened and herlips formed a perfect O. Maybe it wasn't the best thing to do now. Maybe she will think that I'm pushing her. Maybe she doesn't trust me completely yet. Maybe-

''Okay.''

'WHAT?!'

''But how are we going to plan a wedding in four days?''

''I already did. I just hoped that you would say yes.'' I said surprised.

''Why I;m not surprised?'' She chuckled and I flipped us over so she was on top.

She giggled and she placed her hands on my shoulders. I lost my breath again, seeing her ravishing beauty as she leaned in to kiss me. I kissed her back, feeling her tears on my face as I wrapped my arms around her waist.

''I love you.''

''I love you more, Mrs. Purdy.'' I grinned.

She huffed and stood up crossing her arms.

''Again?!! Seriously?''

''Four days.... Enjoy your name while you still can.'' I laughed when she wiped away her tears.

''I'm not gonna give you your present if you keep bugging me like that.'' She pouted.

''Really? You're pregnant, you're marrying me and you just gave me the best blow job ever. What else can it be?'' I said and I imediately regreted my arrogance.

''You right. I'm gonna sell it.'' She glared at me and walked to the window.

I got out off bed and I followed her, seeing the smirk she tried to hide. She remained with her back towards me and I wrapped my arms around her waist from behind. She kissed my cheek and pointed down.

Confused, I looked outside and I think my heart skipped a few beats. My breath quickened as I looked back at Nikki who was smiling widely.

''Is that....''

''A 1986 Kawasaki Voyager? Yeah, baby. That's it!'' She squealed happily.

I practically crushed her bones grinning like an idiot at my new bike. She laughed as I started to thank her like a mad man, kissing her face and spinning her through the room.

''I'm pregnant, you moron. You'll make me throw up again.'' she yelled as I set her back on her feet.

''I'm sorry. I love you, Nikki. I fucking love you, bitch!!'' I jumped around not giving a shit about the fact that I was naked.

''And I fucking love you too! Jesus, men and their toys....'' she mumbled as she looked at me grinning.

I stuck my tongue out and I kissed her lips gently. God, I really love her! Suddenly, she pulled away and I looked at her confused. She placed a hand over her mouth and ran to the bathroom. I followed her and I held her hair as she emptied her stomach.

''I fucking hate your kid, Purdy...!'' She said glaring at me and I couldn't help but chuckle.

'Yeah....My kid....' I thought to myself smiling as I helped her up.
