The first thing I notice about our new found family is that Emerald and Sugar seem to be sisters. Like legit sisters. High strung and hard headed. Their both beautiful but something about Sugar catches my eye. "Derby bitch!" Emerald yells at Sugar. "Green queen!" Sugar yells back, their arguing about something but I have no clue what it is. I'm too distracted by the rows of instruments. "Whore!" "Slut!" "Step on a Lego!" "I hope batman dies!" Sugar screams last and it's like they both suddenly crossed a line. "Take it back!!" They scream in unison. "Girls what are you arguing about this time?" Dagger asks calmly stepping between the two. "She stole my skates!!" Sugar whines and Emerald blushes. "You didn't give me time to explain!!" Emerald says and her green eyes sparkle in delight. "If you filled them with pudding again I'll bleach your hair!" Sugar growls as Emerald pulls her skates out of a bag. "I didn't!! I got you present!!" Emerald says nervously handing the skates over. "You didn't!? Did you!? OH MY GOD I LOVE YOU!!" Sugar screeches leaping over Dagger and tackling Emerald in a hug. "Well I got you something too..." Sugar says with a giggle before whistling. Fang walks in holding a basket of puppies. "AWE!!!" Emerald screams picking up the black boxer with a bright emerald green ribbon wrapped around its neck. "Puppies for everyone!!" Fang chuckles and Sugar picks up the black brindled colored mutt. "Where did you find them?" I ask picking up a black lab with blue eyes, it reminds me of Andy. "They were abandoned. I have a habit of taking in strays." She chuckles softly, her green hazel eyes lighting up. "Just like you took in us?" Jinxx asks picking up the little reddish colored runt. "Just like I took everyone in and they took me in. I was an orphan, they had no one. We kinda just fell together." Sugar says smiling gently. "We'll buy dog stuff tomorrow as well as get you guys some new clothes, and things for your rooms." Fang says cuddling with a blood hound. "Ashy!! Look!!" CC giggles holding up a black pug with little white socks. Of course, there had to be a pug for CC. "I'm gonna name it Socks!!" He giggles and we all roll our eyes. "I'm naming this little guy here Andrew Jr." I smile kissing the little guys head and Andy groans. "Why are you naming your dog after me?" He whines cuddling with a black Bernard. "Look at his eyes!! Their exactly like yours and he's quiet like you." I explain and Andy nods. "Fine." He grumbles. Sugar just laughs and kisses Andy Jr's head. Her hand lightly brushes mine making me blush, maybe I do like her so what. "I'm naming mine Deviant. She's gonna be fisty, just like me." Sugar giggles as Deviant wiggles out of her grasp, trying to get at me. "Settle down girl!" Sugar giggles but loses her grip and Deviant comes flying at me, her giant paw hitting me in the crouch. "Fuck!" I yell and Deviant curls up next to Andy Jr. "Deviant just earned her name..." I whimper and Jinxx nods. "Looks like AJ and Deviant might have a little crush on each other." Jake laughs and Sugar blushes. "Names!" Sugar laughs and nudges Emerald. "Her name will be Prophet." She giggles snuggles the black boxer and Andy smiles. He's playing with a black Great Dane which looks like he has the batman symbol on his chest. "Batman!!" Andy chuckles and Emerald's eyes widen. "BATMAN!!" Emerald screams and tackles Andy. "You like Batman?" Andy gasps and everybody rolls their eyes. Andy shows his batman tattoo and Emerald blushes like mad. "I'd show you mine, but- ya not going there." She mumbles making Andy blush too. Those two like each other, I know it. "Ashley what you thinking about?" Sugar asks nudging me, I shake my head, trying to clear it. "Nothing really." I lie, in reality I was thinking about my life, and how screwed up it is. "Ashley I can tell something is wrong, you can trust me." She says and I nod. "Can we go somewhere more private?" I ask quietly and she nods, scooping Deviant up and I pick up AJ. "Me and Ash are gonna go talk, show the guys their rooms, when you guys to bed." She whispers to Emerald who waves her off, she's busy talking to Andy about anything and everything. "Come on Ashley, this is my room. You can have the room next to it if you like." She says leading me through the door into her room. I blush, of course I want the room next to her. We set the sleeping pups down on the bed and she plops down on a beanbag. "Come on Ashley, tell me what's wrong." Sugar says patting the bag next to her. I sigh and plop down, we sink in together leaving us both blushing like mad. "I was just thinking about my life. My parents both died when I was young and my grandparents never accepted me. I've always been bullied at school. I guess I'm just sick of it." I sigh and she turns my head towards her. "Ashley don't you ever think you're not worth it, cause you are. I lost my parents when I was 10, my brother took care of me till he was killed 2 years ago. I understand not feeling worth it and feeling alone. It'll be alright, you've got us now too." She says and I nod slowly. She pulls me into a hug which I gladly accept. Her multicolored hair so matches her personality. Bright one second, dark and serious the next. "I love your hair." I say and immediately snap my mouth shut, I just said that out loud didn't I? She blushes and smiles. "Thanks." She giggles and I blush hard. "We should probably get some sleep," Sugar yawns and I nod. She walks to the corner of the room and pushes on the wall opening the door. "Secret door that connects our rooms." She giggles and I smile. Just our little connection. I grab AJ and walk through the room. "Night Ash," she yawns hugging me and I hug back. "Night." I mumble and fall asleep on the bed.
