“OPEN THE DOOR!” I shouted at Andy. He is such a child! He was supposed to take a shower after the concert because he stinks like a rotten fish. “NO!” he shouted back in a baby’s voice. I can’t be a mom to two kids in this so called family. “Andy that’s enough! Go take a shower! NOW!” I yelled. He unlocked the door and got out with his head bent down. “Sorry mommy…” he pouted as a child. Lexus kept laughing at how we fought in a nice way so she wasn’t scared. “Mommy, why did you yell at daddy?” my girl asked. “Aw, honey, he was being a baby. He stinks!”


Andy crossed his arms on his chest and looked at us with that cute puppy face. “Daddy stink!” Lexus repeated after me. Or so she tried to repeat after me. I don’t know what she was doing. My boyfriend closed the door and we could hear the water streaming down in the shower. Finally he decided to take a shower. It took really long for him to realize he needs one. I wonder what’s Charlie doing. I haven’t called her for 3 years or so.


I dialed her number… and a man answered.. “Hello?” “Um, I’m looking for Charlie. It’s her friend, Christina,” replied I. This wasn’t Alec. He had a deep voice. That really wasn’t Alec. “Sorry, but she isn’t here at the moment. And she will never be,” he said and hung up.


Rude much…


10 minutes later, Andy joined me and Lexus while we played on the floor. “Andy?” I asked. “Yeah, what’s up momma?” Aw, I couldn’t help but giggle. “Can you drive me to Charlie’s? Please? I sense something’s wrong.” The look on Andy’s face turned angry and I assume he knows something about my friend, that I don’t. “I am sorry, but I won’t take you there. Sorry. Don’t ask why,” he answered coldblooded.


“Ok… excuse me,” I said, got up from the floor and went to the bathroom. I decided I’ll call Alec. He knows what’s going on… “This is Alec.” “Hi. It’s Christina… can we meet up somewhere, please?” I could hear his breath hitch at the sound of my name.

“Sure… meet me at my house?” he asked. “Sure. I’ll see you soon.”


Something is really not right. Charlie wouldn’t break up with Alec, would she?
I picked up my bag and decided to take my girl with me. Alec deserves to know about Lexus, right?


Oh, by the way, Andy’s fans know everything about me now. Even about Lexus. Some of them hate me because he looked better with Juliet… and some of them love me!


“Andy, I am going to visit someone. Can I take Lex? Please?” I asked with a smile on my worried face. He nodded and handed her over to me. I don’t want to know if something bad happened to my friends. Charlie is probably… she’s probably just on vacation. That guy maybe wanted to scare me off. Alec will certainly know what’s wrong. I’m sure…


Let’s hope I’m not wrong. Because my instinct says something is VERY wrong…
