I Will Never Forget You
First Day
Aubrees POV
I woke up next to a snoring Percy in the game room. I looked at the clock and it read 7:04 am. "Percy, wake up. It's 7!" His eyes open and he looks around, confused. "Shit! We have school!" Then he got up and headed to his room. I left my blanket, I could clean up later. I went to the bathroom and turned on the shower. As i waited for the water to warm up, I got out a fluffy white towel and a white washcloth. I stepped in to the steaming water and took a well deserved shower.
After I was done, I wrapped myself in the towel and headed toward my room. I quickly got dressed (outfit), making sure to put on the necklace Andy got me the day he moved.
I went downstairs to the smell of triple chocolate pancakes. My favorite. I sat down at the table and ate with Percy, Luke, and Breana. "Are you guys excited? Since it's your first day here, if you like, I could take you to school?" Breana was more excited than Percy and I combined. "Suree..." we both said. When we were finished, we got our stuff and headed out the door. "Have a good day guys! I'll Breana and I will be at work so there will be a key under the mat for you guys to get in." yelled Luke. "Love you too! See you later" i replied.
When we got to the school, Breana took us to the office to check in. There was a fat old lady and the front desk who looked like she hated being there. "How may I help you" she said without looking up. "Aubree and Percy Johnson are here to check in. It's there first day here." Breana said. "Okay. Come this way." That fat lady got up and motioned for us to follow. She led us to the Principal who was a cheery old guy that reminded me of Santa/. "Hello! We are so excited for you guys to be here with us! Here is your schedule......" He kept talking but I zoned out, playing with my Robin half of the necklace. When the guy stopped talking, he looked at us expectantly. "Thank you..?" Percy and i said. We grabbed the stack of papers and began looking for our locker. We finally got to them, relieved that they were not too far from each other. We put our stuff away and headed for our 1st period class, which was History, my worst.
When we walked in the class, the teacher beamed at us and said "Hello!! Class, this is Aubree and Percy Johnson! They are new here so I expect you all to welcome them nicely." she said. "You guys can take any open seat, as long as there is someone else at the table. I looked around, taking in the small tables that fit two people, noticing that almost every one was taken. I chose a seat next to a guy that seemed really familiar, and I decided that he probably just reminded me of some guy back home. Percy sat next to a girl with blonde hair. She was really pretty and they began talking almost immediately. I noticed the guy next to me looking at my necklace. "Where did you get that? he asked. "My best friend gave it to me before he move a few years ago. He and i love Batman." i answered. I got a little saddened talking about Andy, considering I haven't seen or talked to him in 4 years. He smiled at me, then showed me the necklace he was wearing. It was exactly like the one Andy has.... "What's your name?" i asked. "I am Andy Biersack. My best friend is Aubree Johnson and if I'm not mistaken, she is sitting right next to me!" Holy hell. He smiled at me and I recognized him almost immediately. After four years of not hearing from him, he was sitting right next to me. I suddenly got pissed off.. "Why the hell didn't you write to me? Do you know what I've been through since you've been gone? What the hell is wrong with you?" He looked hurt. "You're not the only one who's been through hell! You could have called me anytime you wanted to! You had my number!" He was right. I looked away, a little embarrassed. "You're right, I'm sorry." I fake pouted, getting a laugh from him.
Andys POV
The girl sitting right next to me was my best friend. Aubree was right fucking next to me. Holy shit. When she showed me the necklace, I knew it was her. I couldn't believe she still wore it! I mean, so do I, but I thought that after I left, she would have moved on! Damn..
After History I had Biology. "What do you have next?" i asked the red headed girl walking with me in the hallway. She looked down at her schedule, finally saying "Biology. How about you?'' Yes! "Me too!" "Oh thank god!"
School was finally over for the day and I offered to take her and Percy home. "I'll have to ask him, hold on a sec."
Aubree: Hey, andy wants to know if you want a ride home
Percy: Andy goes here? Sweet! I'll meet you guys over by the front
Aubree: ok.. brt
"He said to meet him over by the front of the school." she said. "Ok" i said.
We got to her house not to long after that. "I guess I'll see y-" i began to say. "Do you wanna hang out? Luke won't be home for a while and we need to catch up!" She asked. "Yeah!"
