The Wolf Boy.

R-The snow was sticking, and the kids were all inside their homes. I look over at Dexter as he looked out the window as well. Andy and Emma were just cuddled in the sofa, just talking about things about Andy's past. Ashley and Kymila were so down lately. Getting the news that you were going to die because you can't love the person you did, was saddening. I look over at Emma as her human eyes shouted love as she stared at Andy. I don't know how i would feel if my best friend, no, when she becomes one of us. I know grandma wouldn't want that.
"She's going to be okay." Dexter says, wrapping his arms around my waist. His head on my shoulder. "You don't have to worry."
"I have the right to be worried." I whispered.
"And how do you?" I turn around, and leaned on the wall.
"I'm not going to be able to transform my sister, Dexter. Katelynn and Kellin, and my niece and nephews. They don't know I'm me. This animal I am is just a fairytale for them. For Emma. Well she knows, but I know deep down she's afraid."
"I think we all are."
"Dexter, you're not afraid." I said rolling my eyes.
"Indeed I am."
The Phone rings and we all pause for a second. Jake picks up the phone and places it on his ear.
"Hello?" He looks at all of us, and nods. I cut off my breath and look down. "We will be there." He hangs up and slums into the couch.
"Where?"
"In the meadow." Dexter tenses and looks down at me. I look at my ring and sighed. He proposed there. "Tomorrow at sunrise."
"So soon." I whisper.
"We have to be ready."
"We may die:" I added.
"Andy, do it." Emma said.
"Emma."
"Andy, do it!"
"It's not easy!" Emma's tears run down her slightly pink cheeks and she sobs into her hands. Andy wraps his arms around her and kisses her repeated on her head.
"I can't let you all die... No!"
"We're not going to die." I said, loudly, and everybody turns at me. "We're going to show them, show them that we're capable in having a future, humans with supernatural creatures, and the opposites attract to each other. No matter how cheesy this sounds, we were able to love each other. We treat each other as family, we haven't killed anyone." Everybody nods and they all stand up.
"The snow is sticking, and today is the day we fight."
