Ravonabella's POV


He kissed me. He really kissed me. I wanted to kiss him back but I got scared and pushed Dexter back and backed away. Ashley was my mate. Then I realized. He wasn't my mate. When Dexter kissed me there was a connection only mates get when they kiss. I was just scared. I wasn't ready to show Dexter I was worth his time. He looked at me and said.

"Ravonabella please I can explain."

I backed away. My head started to spin. I didn't understand. I never had my parents there to show me the way of us were wolf it had always been the council. But they never thought me about mates. Because they never thought some one could love me. I leaned against the cave wall. I was so confused. Why did they never tell me? Every werewolf has his and/or her mate. Dexter looked at me and said.

"Ravonabella please I can explain. Just listen."

My stomach finally began to hurt. I hadn't ate in a while. A long while. I wrapped my arms around my self and fell to the cave floor. Before I hit the floor Dexter caught me. He held me in his arms. He acted as if he had remember something. But he stayed with me so I wouldn't feel hurt.
