ANDY'S POV
I laughed and nodded, "You're strange." Alex grinned widely and shrugged, turning her attention to the breathtaking scene just beyond the thin sheet of glass that separated us from it.
"It's so beautiful.." She breathed in awe.
I turned my head and looked as well, and she was right. Although it was dark there were many lights outside the restaurant that illuminated the darnkess enough for us to see the almost translucent pale blue waves continuously crash onto the shore.
"Not as beautiful as you." I murmured, tearing my gaze from the sight to focus on the now blushing and smiling Alex.
Before she could speak, a new waiter came with our drinks and set them before us. Alex eagerly took a sip of her shirley temple the second it came in contact with the soft maroon silk cloth that covered our table.
"Are you two ready to order? I'm Chris by the way, i'll be your waiter this evening." I turned my head to look at Alex, a small nod being the only confirmation i needed before i turned my head back and nodded myself. The young waiter, Chris, pulled out a small notepad and looked between Alex and i patiently.
"I'll have the lobster." I said. Chris nodded and wrote my order down on his notepad before turning to Alex.
"I'll have the same." She smiled, a small blush of shyness coating her already tinted red cheeks.
"What made you decide to get a lobster? You usually get a salad." I questioned curiously.
Alex merely shrugged and took another sip of her Shirley temple. "I don't know." She grabbed a cherry from her drink and bit it off the stem, laying what was left of it on the napkin in front of her. "I suppose it's because i've never had lobster before and i probably won't get the chance to eat it for a while, if ever." Alex spoke softly.

"I'm taking it that you like it." I laughed as Alex's eyes lit up brighter than the ocean under the stars upon taking a bite of her lobster. She nodded excitedly.
"It's delicious!" She exclaimed. I laughed again and nodded in agreement before taking a bite of my own.
After a few minutes of silence Alex spoke up again. "Thank you for bringing me here, i'm sure this restaurant is extremely expensive. You didn't have to do that." She put her fork down on the napkin and turned it between her fingertips. I reached across the table and put my hand on top of her own.
"I wanted to. It's our last night here and i want to make it special." I spoke. Alex smiled and nodded and grabbed my hand, kissing it ever so gently. I smirked at the red lipstick mark that now stained my knuckles and wiped it off on my napkin.
I smiled. "Now, lets finish dinner."
"What's gonna happen when we go home?" Alex spoke up quietly as we walked along the almost deserted board walk. Her hands were folded behind her back and the extra inches supplied by her shoes were gone now that she took them off.
I looked at her curiously and asked, "What do you mean?" She shrugged and looked off into the distance, something heavy obviously weighing on her mind. It was silent for a few minutes before she spoke up again.
"With the whole Max thing.... When are we visiting the Head Master?" The ends of her hair blew in the warm wind, the street lights shining on her pale skin, making her look like she was almost glowing. I thought.
"2 or 3 days maybe. Are you nervous?" I questioned.
"What if he says you can't kill Max? Then what?" Her question completely avoided mine but answered it at the same time.
"He's going to pass it and then Max will never be able to hurt you ever again, i promise you babygirl." I wrapped an arm around Alex's shoulders and pulled her into my body to kiss her head. "Now, let's stop talking about it so we don't ruin our last night here. Okay?" Alex nodded.
"Fuck i'm tired." She mumbled tiredly. I laughed as she plopped face first onto our bed, not bothering to change out of her tight dress into some pajamas.
"So am i but you should probably change, i don't think that dress will be too comfy to sleep in."
Alex shrugged. "Will you take it off me?" She asked cutely, turning her head so she could stick out her bottom lip. I rolled my eyes and nodded before sitting down beside her on the bed and slowly dragging the zipper on the back of her dress down.
I pulled the straps down her arms and off, the only thing covering her breasts being her maroon bra, and placed a chaste kiss on her prominent shoulder blade. I slipped the rest of the dress down her body and smirked upon seeing the underwear Alex was wearing. It wasn't a thong, but most of her ass was on display.
"Nice ass." I grinned, throwing Alex's dress onto her suitcase and stripping myself down to my boxers. Alex quickly got under the covers to shield herself from my stare. I crawled in with her and rolled onto my side.

"Fuck you." She laughed, flipping me off. I ran my hand across her flat stomach and rested it on her hip as my thumb rubbed soothing circles into her skin.

"Stop." She whined, dragging out the 'o'. "You're so sexual!" She laughed. I chuckled slightly as she came out from under the covers.
"Glad to have you back." I joked.

@Red Phoenix77 i wrote this back when i was about 13 (im 18 now) but i assume that my thought process was that vampires weren't undead, they were very much alive. also, i was very inexperienced when writing this story so i didn't put too much thought into things. maybe i'll re-write it one day! :)
