ANDY'S POV
I shot up off Alex at the sound of my mother's voice. Does no one know how to knock? Alex's face was bright red and i'm sure mine was too at the utter humiliation of my mom walking in on us during a heated make out session.
"God dammit mom! You could have knocked, y'know!" I exclaimed, not at all caring that i swore in front of her. It was stupid how in a coven, you weren't allowed to curse at all in front of your elders. My parents were more laid back and chill about it, but i still got reprimanded every time i cursed.
"I'm glad i did! Who knows what those crazy shenanigans would have led to?" She said, pointing an accusing finger at us. I rolled my eyes and sighed. "And don't curse at me, Andrew!"
"Sorry mom. What did you want anyways?" I pushed in attempt to get her out of my room.
"Ashley sent me up here. He wanted you two to get down there. 'Said something about a movie night." She shrugged. I nodded, remembering how Ash called up to us before we started getting fresh.
"Alright, we'll be down in a minute." I sighed. Mom nodded before leaving the room. I turned to Alex and smiled slightly.
"We need to start locking the door."
"Really glad you joined us, Lex." CC grinned widely. The guys nodded, voicing their agreement with happy 'yeahs'. I smiled too and squeezed her shoulder to let her know i was proud of her. She blushed and nodded.
"I am too." She spoke softly.
Alex became engulfed in the movie of choice: Jurassic Park. I took the opportunity to closely analyze her weight loss. It was rather dark but there was just enough light shining on us from the tv that allowed me to see almost every inch of Alex's body. I was truly shocked at how, for lack of a better word, anorexic she was. When i say she was skin and bones, i'm not kidding. There wasn't a pinch of fat on her entire body (excluding her boobs, obviously), and it was frightening. Who knows when the last time she ate was? Her skin was paler than i thought was normal and her bones nearly pierced through her flesh. She looked as if she could pass out at any moment. It broke my heart to know she did that to herself but infuriated me to know that Max was the reason behind it. That fucker is going to get what he deserves, if it's the last thing i do.
My thoughts were cut off when Alex got off the couch. Everyone stared at her intently, afraid she was going to pull something.
"Where are you going?" I asked, trying to hide my suspicion.
"Water." Alex replied simply. The guys sighed quietly in relief before returning their gaze back to the movie but i refused to take my eyes off her, for even a second.
She went straight to the fridge and grabbed a water bottle out of it. Before she closed the fridge, Alex glanced longingly down the hallway where the bathroom was located. She stood there for at least 2 minutes. I watched her sigh loudly then return back to my side. I smiled at her warmly and got an obviously fake one in response.
I thought about everything that happened, and when i snapped out of my trance, the movie was over. No one seemed to want to go home so i invited them to stay over. Jinxx, Jake, and CC agreed to sleep on the downstairs couches while Ashley got the guest bedroom. The three of us walked up the stairs silently.
"Night bitches." Ashley spoke, throwing up the peace sign before walking down the hallway to where he'd be sleeping. Alex and i walked side by side down the opposite hallway to my room.
"You tired?" I asked, already knowing her answer.
"Of course, always am." She nodded before laughing dryly. I frowned slightly as i began to undress. Alex blushed at my half naked form and peered at me from the corner of her eye.
"When are you gonna get used to me being half naked?" I asked, laughing.
"With that bod? Never." Alex spoke honestly.
"What are you talking about? I'm a skinny little gazelle legged kid. I don't have a 'hot' bod." I argued playfully. Alex raised an eyebrow at my comment as she pulled her hair into a messy bun. I never got how girls did that, so i always watched Alex do it. It was fascinating, i guess.
"Uh, no. Sure you're skinny, but you have pretty nice arms and chest. Besides, your tattoos are sexy." She stated. I nodded and grinned as i slipped into my warm bed. It felt good against my exposed body. Alex crawled in next to me and rolled over to turn the light off. I wrapped my arm around her waist carefully, afraid i would hurt her if i put the slightly pressure on her ribs. I was surprised when she didn't move my arm up or off her, but happy. Alex turned the light off and snuggled deeper into my chest.
"Sweet dreams my angel, i love you. Oh, and thank you for those compliments." I mumbled into the back of Alex's neck as i smiled, placing a loving kiss on her cold skin.
"You're welcome baby and i love you too. More than you'll ever know." Alex let out one last yawn before she became silent. Not even a minute passed when i noticed her breathing had slowed down, signalling she was asleep. I rest my head on her pillow above hers and closed my eyes.
Despite what happened and what may happen, everything will be okay because i have Alex and Alex has me. All we need is each other to get through the disastrous storms that life throws at us.

@Red Phoenix77 i wrote this back when i was about 13 (im 18 now) but i assume that my thought process was that vampires weren't undead, they were very much alive. also, i was very inexperienced when writing this story so i didn't put too much thought into things. maybe i'll re-write it one day! :)
