ANDY'S POV
The guys and i were back in my living while Alex slept some more. I really did think Max was going to rape her again right in front of me, meaning i was terrified. When he had Alex, all i wanted to do was charge him and rip his fucking head off, but i couldn't. I could sense that if i made an attempt to attack him he would seriously hurt Alex - or worse, kill her. But at the time, my anger would have gotten the best of me so i'm glad Jake and Jinxx held me back. I sighed, frustrated.
"What are we gonna do?" CC asked, still shaken up from the incident. It was quiet for a while, everyone thinking.
"I'm gonna kill him." I stated with anger evident in my voice. Ashley nodded beside me, a twisted smirk on his face.
"Who are you going to kill?" My mom asked, curiosity and worry lingering in her tone. I turned around to see her and my dad standing in the doorway of the living room. I moved over and allowed my mom to sit down. My dad stood next to her.
"Max Green." I muttered. My dad raised an eyebrow.
"How come?" He asked.
I explained the entire story to my parents, not leaving one detail out. Going from the first encounter at school, to the rest, Alex confessing her kiss with Ashley, the fight, me calling Alex a whore, Alex slapping me, me hitting Alex, Alex running out of the house, and the guys and i finding her on the sidewalk. I finally ended my story with the incident that just happened this morning. By the time i finished talking, my mom had tears running down her face.
"Oh, Andrew! I am so sorry that happened! How is she holding up?" My mom asked, wiping her eyes. My dad looked down at me sympathetically, yet as if he was in deep thought.
"She's extremely shaken up. She can't sleep without having nightmares about it and she's in terrible pain. I just wanna show that bastard what he put her through." I growled. My mom nodded.
"Son, i'm afraid that can't happen." My dad sighed. I looked up at him with my eyebrows furrowed together in confusion.
"Why not? He raped Alex! The book that you read to me of rules when i was a kid clearly states that if a vampire harms another vampires mate, then he has the right to kill that vampire!" I exclaimed, frustrated. My dad shook his head at me.
"You must have forgotten the rest of that rule. You must have proof that you can bring to the Head Master of your area's coven." He stated.
"Then he can check Alex out! There's clearly damage there from what Max did!" I argued. My dad looked in deep thought before shaking his head no once more, making me groan loudly.
"Still not enough proof. Yes, that proves she was raped, but it doesn't prove that Max did it." He said simply. "You'll have to either get a recording of him admitting it or Max will have to physically admit it to the Head Master himself. I'm sorry Andy, but i'm sure you'll be able to figure something out." With that my parents got up and exited the room.
"We should probably get going, none of us have been home for a day." Jinxx spoke while standing up. The guys nodded and stood up too. I exchanged goodbye's with all of them before they left.
After a few minutes of sitting there, i decided to check on Alex. It was relatively silent, so she must not be having any bad nightmares. I guess that's good. I walked into my room to see her snuggled up to the pillow i normally sleep on. Getting a closer look, i noticed that there were almost fresh tears on her cheeks and my pillow.
"Baby?" I whispered, shaking Alex slightly. She jumped but calmed down when she realized who it was.
"How are you feeling?" I asked. Her eyes filled up with tears before she closed them tightly and took a deep breathe. Alex opened her eyes before shrugging coldly. It broke my heart to see her like that.
Without another word she pulled the covers up, meaning she wanted me to get in bed with her. I smiled slightly before taking my shoes off and crawled into bed next to her. Almost instantly Alex snuggled up against my body. I desperately wanted to say something comforting to her when i felt tears fall onto my shirt, but decided to leave it alone for now. I kissed her head lovingly before placing my head on hers and whispering,
"You're gonna be okay, i promise."

i don't know much about vampires, so i really just made up the whole head master's thing. anyways, this was really just a filler. next chapter is going to be in Max's point of view. you'll understand why when you read it haha. xoTitle Credit: Behind The Mask - Escape The Fate
@Red Phoenix77 i wrote this back when i was about 13 (im 18 now) but i assume that my thought process was that vampires weren't undead, they were very much alive. also, i was very inexperienced when writing this story so i didn't put too much thought into things. maybe i'll re-write it one day! :)
