Child Of The Night

CC POV-

I slowly sat up while rubbing my eyes, right now I have the worst hangover. At least Ashley isn't up yet, usually he was up making all sorts of noise doing his hair. I stood up and slowly made my way to Ashley's bed to wake him up. I noticed he was sleeping on his back with something curled up beside him under the covers. 'He probably brought a chick home.' I walked to the side of the bed and gently shuck Ashley, instead of him getting up the person next to him sat up. The sheets covered their face so i couldn't see them until they slowly stood up one the bed. Then I realized they were barley my height while standing on the bed. The white sheet fell off them. "CHILD!?"

"MAN!" The small boy shouted at me. Still shocked I began to think where he could have come from. Did Ashley bring him home last night? Ashley shifted in his sleep and slowly sat up.

"What is this kid doing here?" I asked.

"We found him on the streets last night, you were to drunk to remember...But I think we should take care of him until we find his parents or at least someone to take him." Ashley sat up and made his way toward the bathroom. The kid followed him like a lost puppy. Ashley turned to look at me "When were ready we have to meet the guys for brunch, cause that's what we do now for some reason."


"Hey, brunch is awesome. It's breakfast and lunch!" Soon both me and Ashley were ready, but we had one problem...


"He go out like that, he's filthy." Ashley looked around the room.


"I don't our cloths will fit him" I looked at the kid again, he was only tall enough to reach my stomach; barley. Ashley bean to dig through his bag, pulling a simple t-shirt out.


"He might as well wear this." He helped the kid out of his shirt and helped with the new one.


"So whats the kids name?"


"Ashely." Ashley and I looked at him. That's the first thing he's said so far.


"You two have the same name, that's gonna be confusing."


"My name is spelled A-S-H-E-L-Y and i'm assuming his name is spelled A-S-H-L-E-Y?" The boys had a smart tone, but it he soon turned back to the shy-timid boy when a loud banging was herd on the door.


"guys, come on were hungry!" Jake was on the other side of the door with Jinxx and Andy.


"Well, time to introduce him..."
