My Romeo

Taylor and I spent the whole night watching horror flicks together. She's actually really fun! But today is the last day and we're leaving at midnight tonight. There's a big part of me that just wants to stay here forever, but there's the other part where I miss Ricky and home. Alex told me we were going to meet one more band today and then our songs are due. I already finished my song the first night. Alex said I'd like the band but when he said that even I could tell he was lying. We all walk into the building, and sit in a room in wait for the band. Then I see a familiar face.

"CC?" I ask, not really realizing I said it aloud.

"Scar!" He yells embracing me in a hug. He's always the warm and goofy one. But if CC's here, then the rest of the guys are here. This isn't gonna end well.

"You guys gonna play for us?" I ask weakly as tears swell up to the thought of Andy.

"Yeah so take a seat and enjoy." I nod and take a seat in the back of the room. All the other guys walk into the room.

Andy's eyes scan the room and lock on me. "Good afternoon West Hill High, it's nice to see most of you again." He says, his voice still as seductive as ever.

"Andy I don't think they really care for small talk." Ashley says.

"Shut up Ash! Look to start us off I'm going to need the best singer here to come up on stage with me." Andy says.

"That would be Scarlet." Alex chimes in. I give him the death glare and walk on stage.

"Thanks for joining me." Andy whispers. I roll my eyes, he planned this. "I know you know this song so join in whenever." I nod and he begins.

We'll brave this storm" The words send shivers down my spine and leave me breathless. I sang that song on my first day back to school. My eyes start to water but I don't allow tears to form.

You're not alone" he looks at me the whole time and is shocked when he sees tears prickle down my cheeks. They stop playing and Andy tries to to ask me what's wrong but I run out of the building. I can't take this! I don't know what's wrong with me but I can't deal with this.

I slide down the brick wall and cry into my knees. "Scarlet, baby what's wrong?" I feel Alex's arm go around me. I lean into him and start crying into his chest. It takes me a few minutes to stop crying and be able to get the words out.

"I wanna go home. I don't know what's wrong I just want to go home." I whisper. He hugs me and kisses my cheek.

"Look we aren't leaving to go back to the hotel for another hour. It's best if you come back into the building and just stay in the back with Jack and me. I promise this hour will be over before you know it, and we'll be back in Seattle soon enough." I nod and he helps me get up. I clean my makeup and we walk back into the room.

That hour was the longest hour of my life. The guys played all of their first album and a few others; Love Isn't Always Fair, Youth And Whisky, and lastly Saviour. Saviour was my favourite and afterwards CC came up to me.

"You okay?" He asks with a sympathetic smile.

"Yes, thank you CC. I don't know why I started crying." I tell him.

"I think a part of you is starting to remember. Someone once told me that no one can ever truly forget anything, the only way they would is if they truly wanted to forget."

"But why would I want to forget?"

"Because I left you when you needed me the most." Andy chimes in and CC goes off to talk to Jake. "Also because you didn't have the best childhood, and because of whatever happened on Halloween night."

"I gotta go." I say turning.

"Wait! Please just wait." I turn back to him. I raise my brows, telling him to continue. "I shouldn't have manipulated you, it was wrong and I'm sorry." He says with a soft smile.

"Your apology is expected, but I still have a boyfriend that I love a lot."

"I completely understand just I want to make it up to you."

"Andy, you really don't have to."

"Too bad I already bought it. Close your eyes and hold out your hands." I do. When I open them I see Of Mice & Men tickets.

"Thank you so much!" I squeal and give him a short hug.

"I knew how much you love them so I got those three weeks ago, you can take Nicole, Ricky, and your boyfriend."

"Are you kidding me? Nicole and Ricky never listen to OM&M, you come with and bring a girl."

"Can I bring CC instead?"

"Even better, I'll see you the last week of January."

"I'll see you then." I walk over to the rest of the band and give Jinxx, Jack, and CC each a hug.

"No hug for me sweetheart?" Ashley asks. I put my hands on his shoulders and knee him in the balls.

"That's for the phone call." I say, the guys just laugh and walk over to Nicole. I showed her the tickets. She was so happy for me and glad I didn't invite her. She said she'd probably hangout with Ricky instead. We all get back on the bus and soon are back at the hotel. I gladly pack up all my belongings and make my bed. I notice Nicole taking a little longer than me so I make her bed for her.

"Thanks... So are you and Andy good now?" She asks. I shrug.

"I guess, it was really sweet of him to get me those tickets." I tell her taking a seat on the couch.

"That's good to hear."

"So are you going to call Michael when we get back to Seattle?"

"Yeah, turns out they're touring in a week and their first stop's in Seattle. I'm going to the show and I'll call him during the signing to surprise him."

"Sounds like a plan."

Nicole finally finished packing and we go out for dinner. We go to a pizza parlour, it was the best pizza I've ever had. Then we take one last stop at the Hot Topic. "Hey Scar, look." She says pointing to a rack of shirts. I look at the shirts to realize it's Black Veil Brides.

"Awesome! I'm getting one." I pick up one and grab an OM&M shirt. I buy those and black ripped skinny jeans, The Joker and Harley Quinn mesh pullover top, and a Nirvana hoodie. Nicole gets a bunch of other stuff and we start making our way back to the hotel. When we do, we all load up onto the bus and go to the airport. On the plane I sit next to Alex again and fall asleep on his shoulder.

No worries guys, just a filler. I think writing this next chapter will be a lot better. Oh how I love ruining characters' lives ;)
