(Time Shift: LA Trip)

It's 6am and I'm blasting 'Are You Gonna Be My Girl' by Jet.

"Turn your fucking music off!" Ricky yells, banging on the wall between our room.

"Fuck no! Just because you aren't going to LA this early doesn't mean I have to turn down my music!" I yell back. I pack 5 band tees, 4 jeans, 1 dress, 2 leggings, and three hoodies. I put on my white v neck, my black leather jacket, my blue skinny jeans, and my black leather boots. I take my bag and run downstairs. Alex said he'd pick me up this morning. So far we've been officially dating for a month and this was the day I was going to re-meet Andrew. I have to tell him that I was upset that he left me and that I have feelings for Alex. My phone starts ringing and I pick it up.

"Hello?" I ask.

"Hey it's Andy, I haven't heard from you for like a month." He says.

"Yeah I've been busy, you know catching up on work, spending time with family and friends. We need to talk when I get to LA."

"We can talk about it on our date."

"That's why we need to talk when I get there."

"Are you cancelling our date?"

"No, I'm just not calling it a date anymore."

"Have you been seeing someone else? Is it Caleb?" "Not Caleb, we'll talk about it when I see you."

"Bye." The line goes dead before I can even say goodbye. He's obviously pissed off, there's a knock on the door, Alex. I grab a few monsters from the fridge before walking out to see Alex. I fling into his arms and greet him with a kiss.

"Morning Sleeping Beauty." He says softly.

"Morning Prince Charming." I say back and peck his cheek.

"You ready to go?" I nod and we walk to his car. I put my stuff in the trunk and we drive to the school. We went get their we grab our stuff and walk into the school, not realizing we were holding hands. Mr Dawson walks up to us.

"Excuse me Mr Gaskarth, a word please." He says and I walk off to Nicole. Pixie and Ricky decided to stay home from this trip so I guess this is bestie and boyfriend time.

"You know at first I hated the thought of you and Alex together." She says.

"Yeah we all new that." I say patting her on the arm.

"But now I actually find you two cute together."

"Thanks." I give her a hug. "So how's it with Pix?"

"You know it's starting to get a little boring. All she wants to ever do is snuggle on the couch watching Netflix and making out. She doesn't even want to go anywhere farther than making out. I want to go out to dinner, or go see a basketball game, or even just taking a simple walk."

"Have you told her that?"

"Like a thousand times."

"Well we're going to LA, if you're not happy, there's plenty of girls there that'd love to have a good time with you."

"Thanks, to tell you the truth I think I'm bisexual if anything."

"That just means more options."

"True, so how was breaking the news to Andy?"

"I've kind of told him, but not completely, I'm seeing him tonight though."

"Now don't get me wrong, I like Andy, but he left you when you needed him the most. Alex was there for you, remember that."

"Trust me I will."

"Everyone on the buses!" Jack yells and we head there. Nicole and I sit together till we get to the airport. When we get on the plane I sit at the window seat next to Alex with Jack in the isle seat. I put in my earbuds and fall asleep listening to The Ballad Of Mona Lisa.


Alex's POV

"Jack look." I whisper pointing at Scar. Her heads on my shoulder, she's fallen asleep, that's why I call her Sleeping Beauty, she fell asleep one time while on the phone with me.

"Perfect can I draw on her face?" He asks. I just give him a 'tisk-tisk' look. "So yes?"

"No, leave her be, but if one of the guys fall asleep then go ahead."

"Well Rian's asleep, can I draw on him." I give him a nod and he goes over to him. Zack comes over and sits next to me. "What's up?" I ask.

"Is it true that you and her are dating?" He asks gesturing over to Scar.

"A month, Rian had a nice long chat about it to me this morning."

"I just wanted to congratulate you man."

"Thanks Zack, you've always been the one person to support me."

"Anytime, where's Jack?"

"Drawing on Rian's face."

"I gotta go see that." He walks off to join Jack. I take one of Scar's earbuds out and put it in my ear. Whatsername by Green Day plays. I will never get over this girl. Hayley walks over and sits next to me. What's with everyone wanting to talk to me?

"Hey Alex." She says softly knowing Scar's asleep.

"Hey Hayls, what's up?" I ask.

"Seeing that we're going to be in LA for a week and LA is all about taking chances, I was wondering if you'd like to go out for dinner or something?" I'm shocked, she wants to go out with me? I see Jack walking back over and scoot a little closer to Scar.

"Hayls you're a great girl, but I can't, I have a girlfriend. But I'd still love to go for dinner." I say as sweetly as I possibly can.

"Actually you and Zack have babysitting duty tonight." Jack says. "If you want me and you could go out tonight, maybe grab a few drinks?" He refers to Hayley. A warm smile grows on her face.

"I'd love to." She says getting up and giggles as she leaves.

"Jack do you know what you're getting yourself into?" I ask as Jack takes a seat.

"No but do or die, right?" He asks.

"Right..."

Notes

I'm sorry this is such a short chapter, but I have a lot to write about in the following chapters.
Another thing I've realized is that this is becoming more of an All Time Low fan fic, which were not my intentions. But I promise that there's a reasoning for all of this happening. I promise that Andy and Scarlet will eventually end up together; do or die right? I'm not even sure if that made sense.
But I want you guys to know that I have big plans for this book, I'm thinking of making this a trilogy even. Please be patient, trust me ;)
