Heaven waits for no angels

"Don't touch me!" AddiLynn's voice went off like a loaded gun. Only seconds after, AddiLynn fell into my arms choking in her own tears. I quickly began to comfort my girlfriend as the rest of the gang came in. "What the fuck was that AddiLynn?!"

"Don't you dare yell at her like that!" I snarled back at Jinxx. AddiLynn had been abused and misused all her life. Used as a sex slave, and parents to drunk to care, she has millions of problems when it comes to being social. She has scars on the outside, ugly, reminding her everyday that the passed is real. Still less deadly than the ones that covered her heart.

When she was sixteen, she had finally tricked her drunken parents to sign off all legal rights to her, and then she left.

She spent the next five years of her life on the run, trying to make an income and mostly living on the cold streets, she realized that her best and only option was to start her own business for income, and rent houses everywhere she went.

The poor girl never really got a chance to live.

"That's...that's my brother." She forced out. My heart sank, he hurt her the most. I lifted my head with a stern look on my face, "Jake, he is NOT welcome here." I ordered. He nodding starring at Addi, not saying a word.

"You're okay, you're never gonna see him again, ever. " I comforted. After a good hour, the boys and I managed to calm her down enough to get her asleep. Holding her, and playing with her hair, I remembered the day I promised myself I'd be the one to keep her safe.

*Flasback*

"She's pregnant?! You mean this has happened before?!" I couldn't believe it, how could this happen to such a beautiful girl? "Afraid so." He replied looking down at her charts. "Oh poor AddiLynn." I mumbled. Instantly the old man shot up and gave me a confused glare. "What?" I asked concerned, I could feel myself getting paler.

"Isn't this Sarah Blaketon's room?" That idiot doctor gave me a heart attack for nothing. Angry, all I could think about was how wrong that could've went if she was awake. "NO." I sternly said, trying my hardest to not sound like a prick. "This, is AddiLynn Chapman. "

"Oh!"

His face lit up with the realization he was wrong and embarrassment plastered his cheeks. With a smile, and an awkward laugh, he looked down at the charts again.

"Let's see, oh yes! AddiLynn Chapman! Luckily, she is not pregnant because she was smart enough to have a doctor place a birth control treatment inside her vagina. However, this is causing another problem for dear AddiLynn. Because the birth control was in, the rape kit could not find any sperm from the attacker. So we can't confirm to the police she was raped, we do not have the proper physical evidence, weakening her case. Taking the stand, and confirming that he has done this to her. Should fix this minor problem. Although, based on her mental state and bruised, cut up body, we can confirm the the police that he brutally beat her. Insisting that they lock him up ASAP. The soreness in her vaginal area, and the bruises of fingerprints on her hips, we can give them the assumption of possible rape. But sadly, we cannot guarantee, because the sperm evidence is non-existing. "

I couldn't help but cringe. She tried to protect herself from having a child, a possible reminder everyday. But she also completely fucked herself in the end. Then it hit me, I remembered.

She didn't want anyone to know. She didn't care if there was no evidence because, she thought no one would listen.

*End of flashback*
