Andy Cakes
KATE’S POV
I woke up wrapped in tattooed arms. Perfection. I turned around and saw Andy’s sleeping, slack face, so adorable. I giggled, then picked up his arm on top of me lightly and slowly put it on his side, and got out of the bunk slowly. The guys were all on the bus kitchen table playing some kind of card game, but I couldn’t tell exactly what it was. I slumped over, and ruffled my hair.
“Poker?” I asked, and Jinxx turned around.
“No, and good morning.” He said, sweetly.
“Some kind of betting game?” I asked again.
“Not exactly… I’m betting I’ll win.” Jake said to me, laughing. I looked down at the cards and saw they were playing go fish.
“Uhmmm… Ashley, got any Larry The Lobster’s?” Cc asked. I walked over behind Ashley so I could see his cards.
“N….No.” Ashley said hesitantly. I smacked him on the back of the head.
“Ouch!” he yelped.
“Yes you do!” I said, then grabbed Ash’s Larry The Lobster and slid it across the table to Cc.
“I win, bitches!” Cc shouted then threw his cards all over the table.
“Great! Now someone’s going to have to clean all of this up!” Jinxx shouted, and threw down his cards too. I looked around, and everyone went dead silent. I flew my finger to the tip of my nose.
“Nose goes!” I yelled, then everyone else did the same.
“Haha, Jake! You’re it!” Cc yelled.
“Damn it!” Jake yelled, then started to pick up the cards, laughing.
“About 2 hours away already… I guess I was knocked out for pretty long.” I said, looking at the clock. I saw Ashley wink to Jinxx out of the corner of my eye when I said that. Whatever. My stomach growled.
“Guess I’m hungry.” I said, admittedly.
“Me too.” The guys joined in.
“Not a surprise, you’re always hungry.” I smirked.
“Fair enough.” They said.
“I want some Andy cakes.” Ashley mumbled.
“That sounds like some kind of story title for an Ashley and Andy facfic.” I said, cracking up at my own joke.
“It does, but I was talking about because Andy makes THE BEST pancakes EVER!” He said, his stomach growling now too.
“Do we have the stuff for it?” I asked.
“Yeah.” Jake said, still picking up all of the cards.
“Let’s wake him up then.” I said.
“YES!!! MY TIME TO SHINE!!!” Cc yelled, then leaped over and started singing to Andy in his ear.
“Fuck you.” Was all Andy managed to mumble, then he put his pillow over his head. I ripped it off of his head, then I finally got him to get up.
“Why do you want me up anyway?” Andy asked groggily.
“ANDY CAKES!!!” Jinxx yelled as he ran across the bus and jumped onto his back.
“Get off!” Andy yelled.
“No!” Jinxx yelled, laughing as he practically rode Andy around like a horse.
“Go make Andy cakes!!!” Jinxx yelled, and gripped onto Andy even tighter.
“I don’t wanna!” Andy yelled, thrashing around in the bus.
“Now!” Jinxx yelled even louder.
“No!” Andy yelled again.
“Fine!” Jinxx said as he rammed his heel into Andy’s crotch. Andy doubled over quickly, and laid on the ground for a second.
“Fine, I’ll make the damn Andy cakes if you promise to never do that again.” Andy said, pathetically. We all started laughing hysterically. I laid down beside Andy and looked him in the eye.
“Never mess with a man’s Andy cakes, hun, sorry.” I said quietly, then kissed him on the forehead.
“Obviously.” He said, chuckling, then got up, and walked over to grab the ingredients.
