Picking up the broken pieces

I had been on tour with the guys for about two months now, and things were finally starting to get better. I had stopped cutting, save for a few here and ththere, but I rarely ever did it. I sat on the couch watching TV one day when CC came and plopped next to me. I turned to see he was wearing his pug onesie.
"When are you going to start dating Andy?" He suddenly asked. I looked at him as though he had sprouted tentacles from the back of his head.
"Sorry...but...what?!" I asked.
"Don't tell me you're THAT oblivious!" He shouted.
"I guess I am! Isn't he with Juliet?!" I whispered. "No. Dude, I thought the entire army knew? They broke up last month, the night after we met you." He shrugged.
"Oh my god....why?! They were so cute together!" I frowned.
"It was a mutual thing. They had both grown apart. It happens." He shrugged again. The photographer for the tour came in and sat down, playing a game on his phone. Suddenly he looked up.
"I know it's none of my business, but when are you gonna start dating Andy? He's been flirting for the past month, and he's starting to get discouraged. He's up on his bunk moping." He said. CC laughed.
"Is this like bus gossip?! Does everybody know this but me?!" I asked, throwing my arms up in the air.
"Guess so. But seriously, you should flirt back. If you like him, that is." Ashley said nonchalantly as he joined us.
"Oh come on!" I groaned, tipping my head back.
"Everything okay?" The medic asked, joining us.
"She didn't know Andy was flirting!" Ashley laughed out.
"Seriously? I'm like the most romantically oblivious person on earth and even I could tell!" The medic laughed. I rolled my eyes.
"Can I get back to watching fucking Adventure Time?!" I snapped. They all laughed and then left me alone.

*Andy's POV*
I came downstairs later that night feeling beyond hopeless. The guys and some of the staff were watching TV or playing on their phones.
"Look who finally decided to be social!" Jake smiled.
"Shut up." I grumbled, grabbing a piece of pizza we had ordered and biting angrily into it.
"You know her birthday is coming up. I saw it on her Facebook account." Jinxx said. Everyone turned to look at him.
"Seriously? When?" I asked.
"In about two days. You should ask her out then. The worst she can say is no...and I don't think that's likely." He said.
"Yeah dude! You should take her out to buy some clothes or whatever the hell she likes." CC said, a big grin on his face.
"I....guess it couldn't hurt...." I blushed a bit.
"You did kiss her though. I think she likes you, she just doesn't know how to express it." Ashley said.
"Yeah....I guess I'll ask her out then." I smiled, a renewed sense of hope sparking inside me. This was gonna work. It just had to!

Alright, so sorry for the random shit in this chapter. I've been having a million different ideas as to where I should go with this damn story, but I can't decide which one I should go with. Anyway, I hope this wasn't too terrible to read! I'll try to update tomorrow, but I have a rather busy schedule.... Bleh. So I guess I will just have to see what happens.
