true to his word Ash was gone all day, I drank the bag of blood, which surprisingly didn't taste too bad. I slept some more, inspected the bite mark on my neck. It didn't look like something had ripped out my throat so I guess I was going to live around it.
But all day the only thing I couldn't do was get Ashley's voice out of my head.
I love you.
I loved him back. No matter what he was.
Around two in the morning Ashley was back.
"Andy! i'm back. I brought that ring-" I stopped him by launching myself into his arms and kissing him. "What are you-"
"I'm sorry I sounded mad, I was just surprised. i love you Ashley." I knew my face was bright red, Ash smiled and kissed my nose.
"You sure Darlin'?"
"Absolutely." I kissed him again, this time he kissed back, after I while he bit my lip gently. I opened my mouth for him, and he groaned and pulled me closer.
