My stomach turned.
I needed to eat, but i couldn't until one the guys went out.
"Ash?"
My throat started to burn. I need to feed. Now.
"Ashley?"
God they all smell so sweet. I have to feed soon. i can't let them see the real me.
'Ashley!"
I started, surprised to see Andy's worried face right in front of mine.
'What Andy?"
"You've been glaring at your hands for like twenty minutes, what has you so upset?"
"Nothing." I nearly shouted, not wanting anything to come out. I hated lying to the guys, especially Andy, but what choice did i have. Really?
"Alright.. well we're going out to a bar... you want to come with?"
"Nope. Sorry, some other time though." Andy gave me another look that said he thought I'd lost my mind.
I almost flew off the couch by the time they filed out of the bus.
I ran out the back and climb out the window, running to the city at top speed.I saw a prostitute standing on the side of the side walk.
"Want to have the best drug of your life?"
"You know it." I grinned and pulled her close. She started to protest as my fangs came out, but stopped when the endorphin began going through her system. I stopped when I was full. Briefly I considered taking her to the hospital but her pulse was strong enough and frankly I was short on time. I couldn't be home after the guys.
Running back home I jumped back through my window in the bunks and was on the couch just in time to flip on the TV before the guys walked in.
"Hey Ash. Brought you some food." I grinned at the sandwich Andy handed me. "Ash, are you watching the news?"
I looked up in surprise.
"Apparently..."
"Feeling out of it today?"
"Nope. I feel like a million miles a minute." I told him smiling.
"Okay... can we watch Batman now?"
"Sure." One hour later Andy was completely out. Unhappy with the idea of waking him up as the last time we did he socked Jake in the face we decided that I should carry him to bed.
"Alright Andy, up we go. Nonononono, no hitting. Shh." He moaned and rolled into my chest. I laid him down on his bunk, but when I turned to leave he grabbed my wrist. "Andy, come on, let go."
"No." I sighed, not hard really to make him let go, but I wasn't positive I wouldn't accidently break his fingers, so I decided not to try it.
"Alright. Andy, I want to go to bed."
No I don't. I want to run around.
"Stay with me."
"No, no. Andy I can't."
I'd probably rip open your throat in my sleep.
I wouldn't kill him. I hadn't done that since I was nine, but I didn't want anyone knowing what I was, and being attracted to someone made biting them much harder to resist.
Yep. I'm gay. Ha ha, no body knows.
"Please Ash? Just tonight?"
"I.... Andy I..." He gave me a sad, pathetic look. "Alright fine." He smiled and leaned against the wall to make some room for me.
Hell.
