Ashley wouldn't tell me what he did to John, but he did tell me I was going to be staying in his apartment, just for a little.
"What about my animals?"
"My parents have a farm, you can keep them there."
"Thanks Jake."
"Well... alright."
"Okay, come on we're going to go get your stuff, give me your keys." I did as I was told. And Ashley grabbed my hand and dragged me into the parking lot.

I got onto Marciline's bike and pulled her on in front of me. I drove with her in front because she seemed too shaken up to hold onto my waist. We pulled up to her family's mansion. I got off and lifted her up.
"Go inside and pack okay Doll?" She nodded and I followed her in.
"Marciline Payton King! What are you doing here!" I looked up to see her mom yelling while her dad glared.
"Marcy is coming to live with me. End of discussion. Go pack." She nodded and ran up stairs.
"And why the hell are you here?" He dad demanded.
"Marcy's home situation isn't acceptable to me. She's coming to live in my apartment."
"I won't allow her to besmirch our family's good name by doing that."
"Too bad."
