Things Aren't Always As They Seem

When we got to the BMTH bus, Oli and Lee were already outside. They stiffened instantly at the sight of Kellin, who also looked uneasy.

"Wut do you want, mates?" Oli asked, glaring at Kellin.

I took a deep breath, then said shakily "Hello Oli, Lee. My name is Andilena. Andy from BVB adopted me yesterday. We're heading to the Grand Canyon, and we-" I paused to look sternly at Kellin, nudging him slightly to get him to stop glaring at Oli, "wanted to see if any of you guys would like to come with us."

Oli walked up to me, caressing the side of my cheek gently with his fingertips, and his eyes never once leaving mine. " 'm sorreh, love. But, I cahn't because I fear that I will make myself look like a wanker in front of a most beautiful gurl. If et weren't for Kellin, 'ere, I wouldn't min' going. It's really no offense to you, love. I hope you understahnd. Maybeh we cahn get together for anothur occasion. Until then?" He spoke, his accent fading in and out smoothly, and quite intoxicatingly.

I nodded in response, breaking our gaze to look at the ground. He kissed my cheek, then stepped back some. "It's okay, Oli. I understand. No hard feelings, maybe we can hang out some other time before the end of Warped."

"Definitely, love." He replied, smiling softly.

"I'll just stahy 'ere with Oleh. Thank you for askin', though mates. Right kind of you." Lee said, looking uncomfortable.

"Not a problem. Just thought we'd come and ask." Vic said. "Well, we really should be going. We're already going to be late as it is."

We said our goodbyes (Kellin only stiffly nodding in their direction), and left.

"Well, that was kind of depressing." I muttered once we were out of their earshot, causing Vic and Kellin to start laughing.

"It's a shame that Britsh pri-" Kellin started.

"Easy, Kellin.." I warned

"Sorry. I just wish they could have put aside our disagreement at least for a few hours so that we could all have some fun and get to know you. But oh well, it's their loss. Don't let their lack of presence bother you, hun. It'll still be an awesome day, I promise. Right, Vic?" Kellin said.

"Most definitely." Vic answered with a slightly mischievous smile.

"Oh, God... Vic... what are you planning this time?" Kellin said jokingly.

"Oh... nothing. Just can't wait to start pranking people!" Vic laughed

"Just remember, darlings... I have an evil side." I giggled maniacally, making them look at me weird. This could be fun...
