Chapter Twelve
MICHELLE'S POV------
I woke up the next day with a slight hangover. I went to take a shower and then got dressed. I walked to the bed and woke CC. I told him to go get ready for soundcheck. Jinxx and Sammi stopped by and asked me if I wanted to go to the hospital with them for Sammi's ultrasound. I didn't want to go, so they left.
"Jesus Christ, you take longer than me, and you're not even a girl!" I yelled to him. He came out of the bathroom and looked at me funny.
I laughed and said," Love you too babe."
We left for soundcheck, and had to wait for Jinxx and Sammi to get back. They arrived within ten minutes and the guys started soundcheck. They played two songs from their set. When they finished, they had an hour before the show, so CC and I took a walk in the park. We returned twenty minutes later and I let CC get ready. I hung out with Sammi.
"How's the baby?" I asked her.
"Good. Only a few weeks until we know the gender." she said smiling at me. We talked until it was time for BVB to go onstage. We both walked over to the side stage and watched them play. Every once in a while I would glance at CC and smile. He always got so lost in the music when he played. That's what made me happy. The song ended, and I did something I had set out to do. I walked out onstage and asked Andy for the microphone. I held the mic to my side and asked Andy what song was next. He told me fallen angels while looking confused. Then I held the mic up to my mouth.
"I know you guys weren't expecting me tonight, but here I am. I have a surprise for everyone. Including the band. They don't know this about me, but anyway, this one's called Fallen Angels."
They started to play and I started to sing.
I finished the song and the audience cheered. I handed Andy the mic and started to walk offstage, but he stopped me. CC walked over to me and hugged me.
"Michelle," Andy said, " that was fucking amazing. I want you to sing with me at every show. Wouldn't you guys like to see that!?" Everyone cheered. I walked back over to Andy and took the mic from him.
"Andy, I would love to do that." I said and smiled.
" Well then, here's Ritual." he announced and someone handed me a mic. CC ran back to the drums and started us off. Andy and I switched off with lines until the show was over. I ran offstage with them. Sammi congratulated me and CC walked over and kissed me.
"Now you're even more awesome!!" he said, and I couldn't help but laugh. We left the venue and went back to the hotel. CC and I went to our room. Not even a minute passed when CC got a text from Andy. It said that Black Veil Brides was nominated for best song of the year for In The End. CC was happy when he got that text, and I was happy for them. It was an amazing song.
I went to bed before CC. I was almost asleep when I felt the bed sink down next to me. Then CC kissed me and wrapped his arms around my waist. I smiled and fell asleep.
