long lost

6 am friday morning me and the guys were packing up the car and calla was shuffling around complaining how tired she was, her band got here a half an hour ago and woke her up, quite loudly i might add. but they said the only way she would stay awake so i didnt question it.. im coming to realize calla wasnt a morning person
"aaandyyy" she whined, she shuffled up to me and leaned her head on my sholder putting all her weight against my side, i put my arms around her waist so she doesnt fall
"what sweetie" i put my chin on her head and rocked her back and forth, her aems- witch hung loosly at her sides- swung back and forth with us
"im tiiired" she looked up at me and stuck out her lower lip i chuckled, she was adorable
"we wont be leaving for another hour, want to go get some starbucks?"
"yes!" she jumped up and run to the car and sat in the passenger seat i chuckled and shook my head
"what did you say the magic work to get her to stop whining?" ash asked coming up to me,
"hey your one to talk about whining" he rolled his eyes and smiled at the car
"she's going to be a hand full isnt she?"
"oh yeah! but it will be worth it, theres not many girls out there like our calla" wasnt that the truth i didnt notice i was smiling at the car till ash bumped my sholder and narrowed his eyes at me
"hey your not into my little sister are you?" shit.. yes i was.. hopelessly into this girl but i knew i couldnt do that to ash so i gave ash my best -are you crazy look- and patted his back
"nah man, she's just grown on me is all i feel like she is my sister too ya know? plus we're a band your my brother, your family is my family" he scutinized me for a moment before giving and smiling with me
"yeah, plus you know i'd kick you ass if i found out you were doing anything with my little sister."
he patted my back and walked back into the apartment i sighed and looked down.. the world was cruel..

at starbucks

we sat around the table her sipping a white chocolate mocha me a pumpkin spice latte
we were having weird little conversations i was telling her about LA she was talking about new songs she was writing i figured now was as good a time as any to tell her so
"calla? i have something i wanted to ask you." she sat and smiled
"shoot" i smiled back
"me and the guys were wondering if you wanted to feature on our upcoming album we're working on" i watched her smile grow and she did that thing she does when she's really excited, squealing and cla\pping her hands
"yes yes yes!!!" i'd love to"
i laughed at her excitement and held her hand in my own,
"awesome" i watched the tips of her ears go pink as she looked at our hands then back at me. i pulled my hand back and blushed myself
"s-sorry i just was happy a-and-"
"Andy its fine! i hold friends hands all the time" fantastic the f-word.. is this what it like to be friend zoned? well technically im brother zoned by her brother and my best friend... yup the world is cruel.. her phone vibrated on the table she tapped the screen and scowled at the phone
"hey andy the guys say they are ready to go" i nodded and walked to the counter and bought the rest of the guys some coffees for the rest of the guys and headed out.. off to LA!
