Chloe's POV

So today was the day.I couldn't sleep and had spent the entire evening tossing and turning."She's really done it this time".I knew she was nasty but didn't realise she was this twisted, but I believe good always wins over evil in the end, I'm going to have to get to Ashley somehow and warn him.He had told me many times that he didn't want to marry her.I trusted Ashley a hundred percent but everyone has little niggles of doubt "what if he's just using this a klutz to get me into his bed and then I scolded myself for thinking such thoughts. The problem was the guys had stayed with him overnight to get him ready so I couldn't of gone up as it would have looked suspicious im just going to have to try and get him alone for a minute before the ceremony. I reluctantly got up dressed, had breakfast and started helping the servants get the castle ready for the ceremony. The local priest ,a good friend of the Purdys was coming to conduct the service.I looked and gazed outside onto the moors it was pouring with rain says it all really so the ceremony was going to take place inside, instead. The and black clouds had formed.The castle was decorated with black roses a chandelier hung at its centre, a red carpet.flowers decorated with the individual chairs people had to sit on. In the dining hall the other servants were busy laying the big table for the feast that was going to take place afterwards. As I was preparing things Mistress Louise came to me "Girl you are summomed to go and help Mistress Penelope into her wedding clothes and to do her hair, you are young so you would know what style she was wanting. Great, Im not going to be obvious and arouse suspicion as that would foil everything. Mistress Penelope sat down in front of the mirror she soon noticed me entering the room "come here she growled through gritted teeth "Right I want the same sorta of style you had at the barchelorette party but way more classy and I want flowers going through the centre", She demanded."Certainly mistress trying my best not to scowl at her.My hands trembling as I began working on her hair "Dont worry sweetie she bagan I suppose the best woman won in the end, lets be honest you never had a chance with Master Ashley you're just not women in enough for him and lets be honest Ash needs someone with a certain amount of class "How dare she call him Ash I thought angrily that's my nickname for him. She continued "Ash needs a proper woman, not a girl, or slut."Yes mistress I then braided her hair too tight "Ow, you did that on purpose" "of course not that is the style I lied.after I had finished with Penelope. I was heading back to the kitchen when I spied Andy, Jake Jinxx and CC coming out of Ashleys room "Hey Chloe they greeted me " Morning Sirs" Perfect this is my chance I thought, I hurriedly walked to Ashley room, I think they went off breakfast., Ash couldn't of been hungry, but I don't know for sure so ive got to be quick not taking any chances. "Ash I said as I came in" "Yeah come in he said . I was heartbroken when I saw him.He looked amazing dressed up in his tux he wore his hair up in a ponytail. "Chloe what are you doing here he breathed "I needed to see you.I need to talk to you"I said I carefully reached up to touch his face taking my hand "this is not a good idea im getting married in a few hours" "Ash you cant marry her I said sternly she plans to ruin you, your family.I was then taken a back about what he then said "Dont be absurd ive know her for years shes the sister of my best friend. I'll be ruined if I dont marry her. Ok that really hurt. "But Ash I over heard her shes preparing a boat to take you parents away" "Yeah I know we arranging that as a thankyou present" Yeah but she plans on keeping them them "Look Chloe we had fun whilst it lasted but you are right I am promised to Penelope and I need to keep to my word. "But Ash I cried" "Ash came over to me scooping me up in his arms "Ill miss you chloe. We had fun didnt we but a mans got to do what a man's gotta to do "You are making a big mistake I wailed as I freed myself from his grip.

Ashley's POV

The barchelor party was so much fun last night. Chloe looked amazing.I would have given anything to take her there and then.The guys had stayed over drinking to the small hours.I myself couldnt sleep and had tossed and turned for hours.I so yearned for Chloe to be in my bed us snuggling , me singing her to sleep she seem to love this as she always smiled. I shuddered at the empty half of the bed.My heart felt empty too.
I knew what my heart wanted but my head was telling me something completely different.The thoughts of money and social standing came into mind "Good Morning Ashley "my father breezed giving me the tux to dress into."I am proud of you son.I know it won't be easy, But im sure you'll grow to love Penelope in time . I highly doubt it "Yes sir.The guys were giving me tips for my wedding night.As if I need tips I laughed at them.My wedding night I shuddered at the very thought of it, It made my skin crawl,so wrong on all levels" "Ok Ash we are off to breakfast are you coming? Said Jinxx "No im ok you guys go", but you need to eat. Said jinxx . "I cant go without breakfast at all remarked CC "Nah im good" "Comon guys leave Ash he probably nervous making he not hungry, we'll go but were be back ok Ash.
After they had gone.I was sitting down on the bed, the bed me and Chloe had made love multiple times. A single tear fell down my cheek as I sighed caressing the sheet . Suddenly there was a knock "come in I shouted getting up. Chloe stood there.She looked how I felt miserable "Ash there is something I need to tell you. I couldnt believe my ears to what she said next "You cant marry her Ash she has to plans to ruin you and your family. I couldnt believe my ears ive known Andy and his sister for years they wouldn't do that "How do you know I said to her. "I overheard her the other day she has plans to cart Mistress and Master purdy of somewhere" Yeah but turning to her weve planned that as a thank you present "But she plans on them not returning she pleaded with me.I just didn't want to believe it "Do you have any proof" No she sobbed she began to cry.This is going to be the hardest thing ill ever have to do.
I pulled her into my arms and cradled her "Look Chloe we had fun whilst it lasted but a mans got to do what he has to do "Ill miss you staring into her eyes, careassing her finger possibly the last touch ill share with her "you are making a massive mistake she wailed as she freed herself from my grip and fled the room. I officially hated myself, hated myself for getting into this mess, for the wedding going ahead everything.
I arrived in the big hall.The servants had done a good job it was decorated beautifully roses aligned the chairs.I walked up the aisle in denial. I was making a huge mistake.Mother, Father the guys were all sitting at the front, the servants were sat at the back, my eyes went to Chloes she was sat she looked so sad, heartbroken it killed me a milllion times.I might as well be dead I thought bitterly. my parents smiling so proud. The music started to play and Penelope walked down the aisle smiling towards me.I felt nothing as the priest began "We are gathered here today in the sight of god to join together this man, this women, "Do you Mistress Penelope take Master Ashley to be your husband will you love cherish amd obey she said "Yes she screaled" Do you Master Ashley take Mistress Penelope to be you lawfully wedded wife, do you promise to love cherish and obey. ................................................................


yes I merely said This is what numbness must feel like "Congrats. I am pleased to announce you as a husband and wife l the priest said.my mouth soured as I kissed my wife my nightmare was just beginning. ..

Later on we went into the dining hall to enjoy the feast....

Penelope's POV

Today was the day. I slept dreamily. I was going to be Mrs purdy or rather Mistress.The better of the two, the young good looking one compared to his vile mother.I had coordinated with my allies over night everything was in place.I had specifically asked for chloe to prepare me to do my hair and get me married. Im going to enjoy this I thought smuggly. I snarled at the pathetic looking creature in front of me.She walked over to me and started to do my hair.I couldnt bear the silence much longer "Ok so I guess the better woman won in the end", she said nothing so I continued "You see with Ash, I knew she'll hate me calling him that, yeah so the thing with ASH is he needs a kind of women with a bit of class that can be seen in proper society, Someone that won't be a disgrace or bring him shame, a woman not a slut " I continued to eye her she said nothing but suddenly she gripped my hair way too tightly "Owe you did that on purpose I shouted "it's the style of the hair she merely said.After she had put the flowers she exited the room.
Later everyone was sat in the dining halls, mugs, willing victims . I smiled at Ashley as he was standing there waiting on me when I arrived the priest began "Do you take Master Ashley to be your lawfully wedded husband, do you promise, to love cherish and obey yes, yes I screaled.
Then the priest turned to Ashley.I was a bit unsure how this would go but I chuckled darkly he wouldn't dare say no, not with my brother sitting there.Andy would have nothing else to do with him. The priest continued "Do you Master Ashley take Mistress Penelope to be your lawfully wedded wife, Do you promise to love cherish and obey her"........There was a long Pause yes he merely whispered. What an idiot I thought as he deliciously kissed me on the lips.We when then directed to the hall for our feast........
