CC’S P.O.V

Now that we are all crowded around Sandra, who is standing on the coffee table.

Viv isn’t looking too happy about everyone putting their boots all over her stuff; in fact, it looks like she wants to rip someone’s head off.

"Anyway" Sandra says, clearing her throat and raising her glass.

"A toast" Sandra continues "To CC, the new drummer of Black Veil Brides".

Everyone stares at her, gobsmacked, wondering if this is some kind of joke.

It has to be, Sandra wouldn’t leave BVB, would she?

Andy recovers the quickest

"W-what do you mean? What’s happening to you?" he cries

"Stuff has popped up" she says vaguely.

"And this isn’t the way to treat your new drummer, why aren’t you clapping?" she asks, placing her free hand on her hips and leaning forward.

Viv stars clapping, then Sandra follows, then Jake, then Ash, Jinxx, and lastly, Andy, he claps harder than any one.

Meanwhile, I’m standing there like a fish out of water, my mouth open and my eyes wide. I’m just waiting for someone to scream "YOU JUST GOT PRANKED" or something like that.

No one does.

Jake shakes my hand and says "Welcome aboard"

Then everyone, even Sandra, closes in on a group-hug around me, punching the air and whooping.

Viv wraps her arms around my waist and smiles up at me

"Stop s-standing there like an i-idiot. This is your d-dream, isn’t it?" then I smile and kiss her head

"‘It is babe. IT TOTALLY IS!"
