VIV’S P.O.V

After the massive group hug with sweaty boys and girl finishes, Andy comes up behind me and digs me in the ribs.

I spin around, ready to break his nose

"That CC, he’s a keeper" he smirks.

I punch him in the guts and he makes a show of being winded and falling to the ground. He gets up and says:

"I think CC should play the drums on stage!"

Sandra looks pretty excited, so does Ashley, but he would get excited about a fly landing in his soup.

Jake is smiling like he always does and Jinxx looks mildly interested.

"Yea! Go on bro!" Sandra says clapping his back.

"I’m sure that there aren’t many fans still out there" Ashley says.

Yeah right.

CC walks out onto the stage with some drumsticks firmly in hand. The rest of the band follows him with me trailing behind. Andy whispers to everyone when we take our positions, then he talks into the microphone. He calls for an ‘extra-large’ drum kit, a keyboard and another microphone to be taken out onto the stage, after that was organised, he speaks into his microphone.

"Hey again!" he says cheerfully, hundreds of fans yell back at him.

"This is CC, the Drum God" he flings an arm at my boyfriend

"and this is my beautiful sister, I’m sure the majority of you have seen her before!" I have always liked how Andy describes me.

"Since it’s our last night on tour, we decided something very cool should happen, we will perform and extra-special ‘Knives and Pens’! With CC and Sandra on the drums, our usual guitarists and bassist and I singing alongside my sister, who is also on the keyboard. This will be a one-off experience for you all!"

The fans yell and scream and go wild

Jake and Jinxx start off playing and CC and Sandra simultaneously join in together.

I play chords on the piano as I sing

"Alone at last we can sin and fight / and I’ve lost all faith in this blurring light"

Now its Andy’s turn

"Stay right here we can change our plight / storming through this despite what’s right"

We harmonise the chorus and continue the same pattern throughout the song, me singing and Andy screaming.

At the end of the song, CC doesn’t finish in time with Sandra, he does this ending solo thing, which sounds GREAT; even his fellow female drummer was impressed

CC’S P.O.V

This is what it’s like, standing in front of hundreds of fans screaming your name

"CC…CC…CC" they continuously chant.

"You fucking legend" Ashley says.

"HE’S A FUCKING LEGEND. FOR ONCE I AGREE WITH YOU ASH!" Jake yells, the crowd screams in approval.

Viv walks over to me.

"You were amazing" she says taking my hand.

"Bloody amazing" I correct her

"don’t push it" she laughs.

Suddenly, I don’t care that multitudes of people are watching us, I don’t care that my idols are also watching me; I only care about kissing those beautiful pink lips of Viv.

So I do.

You could hear a pin drop.

Then you hear an explosion of sound, wild screaming and whistling.

The BVB army; they are so amazing.

Then Andy throws his arms around my shoulder

"So CC, how was that?" He smiles

"Fucking amazing".

Andy rolls his eyes

"I don’t mean the kiss, how was ‘Knives and Pens’?"

Andy tilts the microphone toward my mouth while I think of an answer

"Fucking amazing" I reply.

The army laughs, so does the rest of the band.

"I like this one!" Jinxx wheezes, trying not to fall over from laughing.

"TOO BAD! HE’S MINE!" Viv screams at him.

Everyone roars with laughter; it feels like the ground shook from all the laugher!

Sandra rolls her eyes and takes the microphone.

"Thanks guys for coming to the concert! I hope everyone enjoyed the special ‘Knives and Pens’ we played for you!"

Ash then runs to the front of the stage and spread his bare arms wide (his shirt has mysteriously disappeared)

"THANK YOU TO ALL THE PURDY PERVERTS!" he yells.

The girls swoon.

Sandra throws her drumsticks out into the crowd and beckons me to do the same.

I throw them out and walk into the wings.

"Now" Andy says looking excited "Let’s go to the club!"
