Ashley's POV
I watched out the window as we neared the shop, it didn't look bad, but I was wondering about the quality of the basses this girl Megan was supposed to be getting for me. I sighed as Andy motioned us to get off the bus and turned to me, "Ash please don't scare another girl. Especially cause she's coming on tour with us and if we have another girl retort to being around Jinxx, he'll start think that he's a ladies man again, and you know what happened the last time." He told me, which only made me think about flirting with the girl. We walked into the shop and pretty soon a young girl with black and blue hair with brown eyes appeared, she looked so familiar, I looked over at her with a smile as Andy introduced us, I smiled as she told us to follow her and looked at her lower torso, around where her belly button would be if it was on her back and smirked, there was a star that looked just like the necklace I had and outlaw around it, just like my tattoo. I stopped as we waited for her to grab them.


Flash Back to Senior year in highschool!

"Hey Megan don't you think you should be going easy on the booze?" I asked her, my eyes meeting hers as a giggle came from her lips. "Oh Ashley." She said to me crashing her lips against mine, her lips had a faint taste of cherries and beer, just what I liked. I pulled away and stared at her, "Megan.." only to be cut off by another kiss from my friend, I shrugged my shoulders and kissed the blue haired girl back harder and let her wrap her arms around my neck as we made out. I finally broke the kiss and stared at her wide eyed, "Damn." was all I said before she said yet another thing that made me wish I wasn't with Jocelyn more. "Your my badass cowboy, my outlaw." She replied, which made me smile, the next thing she said shocked me, "I want a tatt." I smirked at her and took her hand and led her to the tattoo shop around the corner, no one would miss us at the party since Jocelyn was wasted and I didn't want to have to deal with taking care of her tonight. The bell rang as we walked in and Drake smiled at us, "Evening Ashley, you want to finish some of your tatts?" He asked, I looked at him and smiled, "No, Someone else wants one." I said referring to the angel with her arm wrapped around me. "Cool, alright, does she know what design?" He asked me, I nodded and handed the piece of paper she had sketched out for me before we left. Drake smiled at me and looked at Megan, "Alright Darlin, sit here." He said to Megan, I took her hand and led her to the chair, then seating myself in the extra rolly chair that was next to the chair, "Ash." She said to me, making me lean into her, "Yes Megan?" I said to her whispering in her ear and watching her cringe at the chills being sent up her spine, "Can I hold your hand?" She asked me, which I gladly nodded and put hers in mine as the needle hit her back torso, the smile on her face was soon replaced with pain as the grip on my hand got tighter and relaxed as she got used to the pain.


She looked at me with the most loving look that I could barely be worried about Jocelyn at this moment, "Why are you looking at me like that Megan?" I asked her as she responded with a small blush and her eyes tearing away from mine, "Your my best friend Ashley, why wouldn't I?" She told me, her eyes hiding sadness, I could tell, I always knew when she hid her sadness from me.


Soon enough the tattoo was done and she smiled at me, and thanked Drake for the tatt, "See you later Ash and Ash's girlfriend!" Drake shouted waving at us, I looked back and mouthed, friend, and he nodded at me. I walked back with my arm around the girl who I knew that could replace Jocelyn, but I would never tell her that. I stopped and looked at her leaning against one of the nearby walls and looked at her, "Megan, if Jocelyn ever hurts you, you need to tell me, because..Because I love you." I said, the words I spoke were true and I never wanted to let her go. I watched as she leaned in with one hand on my chest and the other on my cheek and soon our lips were against each other and my hand was on her waist pulling her more to me.
"Ashley!" I broke the kiss and looked at Jocelyn as she sauntered over to me and put her arms around my neck. I threw her off of me looking at the angel next to me, "Get away from me your drunk." I replied as she looked at me and then back at Megan, "Oh this bitch! Well hmm, lets see what Romeo does at this!" She screeched as she reached for Megan's hair and threw her down on the ground earning a groan from the girl, I looked over at Megan as she reached out her hand to me, "A..ashley." She said as Jocelyn punched her over and over and over and kicked her just the same. And pretty soon my best friend, my girl was on the ground hurt.

But I knew that if I helped her Jocelyn would stop paying for food for me. My family was poor and Jocelyn was giving me a hundered bucks a week to keep them and myself alive for me to date her. I walked over to her and kicked her, "Bitch." I said, but deep, deep down I was hurting, I walked away with my arm around the girl I hated, but had to love.



I shook my head as everyone was leaving, I knew exactly who she was, the girl that I had thought of my angel, my world, and she was right there in front of me trying to avoid my gaze. I walked up to her a bit but I didn't get too close and said, "Your Megan Subtle, the girl who ordered and had all these basses painted for me." with a smirk I got closer and said, "And Your Gorgeous." hoping that she would remember who I was, but she didn't she got scared and I had to scolded by Andy. So I began to walk away until she handed me the extra strings, I smiled, "Thanks cutie." was what I said before another rude comment came my way about my charm, "Come on Ashley! Stop freaking out the poor girl!" I turned to Jake and rolled my eyes at him as I looked at the back of the package there was a sticky note on the back and it said something about Megan coming on tour, I turned around and looked at the girl and said, "The note says that your supposed to come on tour with us, to make sure that the basses don't need any extra help." with a smirk as she responded almost right after me, "Oh yeah, I meant to tell you guys that, my manager wanted me to come. If you don't have space then I understand." I chuckled and headed to the bus putting my cowboy hat down over my eyes, as I heard Megan say she forgot to lock up, with a smirk I put the cowboy hat down and watched as every one filled into their bunks to do god knows what.

Then suddenly a "Ok There." Rang through my ears making me smirk as I realized that Megan and I were all alone, I looked up and kept my face from smirking again it seemed to freak her out. "Oh erm..h..hi Ashley...b..by...a.ny chance d..do you know where my..b..bags are?" was her next comment to me, I nodded and replied, "Yes darlin' there under your bunk, which is next to mine, I tried to convince them that you wouldn't want it. But they wouldn't listen." with a slight smirk, but nothing to scare the girl, I chuckled at her next comment, "Oh thats okay, I wouldn't mind. You just scare me sometimes." She said with a slight blush, which made me blush the slightest amount, I smiled and chucked more, "Yeah I always have huh?" I asked as I heard her next comment and watched her go into the bunk room. I sighed and walked over to the bunk room, and knocked with my knuckes. "Megan?"
