ASHLEYS POV

I looked in the mirror of the shop as Andy smiled at me, "You look good." He said with an approving nod, "The jacket looks good and the white t-shirt is subtle but not too bad ass, it says you care. And the skinny jeans and boots well, Ash, that's you." he said with a small chuckle towards what I had said, "Damn Andy, I never knew that you were so good with fashion." I teased him as he glared at me, making me laugh a little louder than I should have, "Alright, you and Jake, and Jinxx and C have to go set up the picnic on the beach soon, and then I'll take Megan there, and propose to her. But you guys cant be there." I said as Andy nodded and pulled out his pack of smokes, "Hey shouldn't you stop, since you have a plan to marry Juliet?" I asked him as he sighed and nodded putting the smokes back in his pocket, "Uh uh man hand em over, I'll be telling Juliet too!" I said to him as he handed over the pack, I pulled out his lighter and set the pack on the ground and lit them watching them go up in flames. Then stomping them out with my boot when they were just ashes, I looked up at Andy as he sighed and pulled out his wallet, "Give me that too." I said as he sighed and slammed the wallet into my hand. A smile crept over my face as we both walked back to the car and drove off to the tour bus.

I took a deep breath as I walked in and looked at Megan as she blushed and ran a hand through her hair, "Hey Butterfly? Could you change for me? I'm going to take you out for a birthday dinner." I said calmly as she nodded and changed, I put my hands in my pockets as I watched Andy and the guys sneak out with everything they needed for the picnic, a smile drew across my face as I watched her walk out after about twenty minutes of getting ready. She had on a black dress, black heels and her hair curled, I had to stop my mouth from gaping wide open as she blushed and walked over to me. I met her halfway and picked her up twirling her around, then bringing her into a hug, "Happy Birthday." I said as she kissed my cheek and laced her finger in with mine. I walked out with her and then to my motorcycle we had ridden a few weeks ago. I looked over at her and the smile that was on her face made a smile appear on mine, a bigger one at that. I helped her climb on and brought her arms around my waist. I bit my lip as the engine revved to life, giving me a feeling that tonight was going to be amazing, whether she said no or whether she said yes. I could feel the wind in my hair as I looked back at her for a split second, her eyes were shut and I could tell that she was enjoying the ride with me through the streets.


After about thirty minutes I began to drive to the beach, and once we arrived to the beach I jumped off making sure that my bike was locked to the point where no one could take it. She looked at me with a puzzled look as I offered her my hand and helped her off the bike then taking her down to the picnic space, there was a blanket and a few candles lit around the edge of it and a basket with the food that I knew she liked, I looked at her as she smiled and sat down with me, "Oh Ashley, this is amazing." she said to me as I put my arm around her and pulled out two sandwiches, hers with salmon and mine with ham. "Wow." Megan said as she bit into the sandwich a bright look on her face as we began to talk.

After about an hour or so of talking I looked to her a smile on my face as I pulled the ring box out of my pocket and knelt down on one knee as she looked over at me and gasped. "Megan Subtle, my beautiful butterfly, will you marry me?" I asked her as she nodded and crashed her lips against mine, "Yes ! Yes! Yes!" She smiled as she broke the kiss. I smiled and slipped the ring on her finger.
