Escape The Past

I turned on all the lights to the small shop, then going in the back to grab the papers for the huge order, the band wanted thirty bass' for their bass player, Ashley Purdy. The name sounded familar, and I couldn't quite put my finger on it, so I let the thought go as I began to stack the needed basses, which were in their boxes on top of each other on one of the dollies that we used for big orders like this. I sighed as I finished, it took me around twenty minutes to stack them all and get them in the right way so that they wouldn't fall down, and cost me my job. But the one bass that took me the longest was the god damn porn one that he ordered about a month ago, and it just got painted so I had to go through our artists many boxes to find it. A ding rang out in the store, I quickly got up off of my lazy ass and ran a hand through my hair and walked to the front. "May I help you?" I said carefully making sure that the five guys in front of me weren't Black Veil Brides, but I was proved wrong as soon as the tall, skinny, and gorgeous guy with the blue eyes spoke to me, "Yes, us, Black Veil Brides, is supposed to pick up Ashley Purdy's order? The thirty basses?" He said smiling at me, "Oh Yeah, Follow me I've got them all back here. Do you have someone to help you erm..." I said unsure of the males name, "Andy, and this is Ashley, Jinxx, CC, Jake." He said to me with a smirk, "Your Megan Subtle, the girl who ordered and had all these basses painted for me." I turned to the voice, standing there was Ashley Purdy, with a smug smirk on his face as he walked over to me, "And you are gorgeous." He whispered in my ear which caused chills to go up my spine.


I turned to him my face wide as I realized who he was....
