Dropping everything we both bolted to the stair top eager to see what the noise was about. Instead of finding the empty halls the guys swarmed around, pacing back and forth. Sending Austin a 'what the hell' look we both jogged down the stairs making our way for the halls that lead to the door. Passing Jake who was dragging Veronicka away from the commotion a familiar voice echoed from the door. Nipping forward, leaving Austin beside Jinxx i scampered towards the door, careful to avoid the smashed vase, lilies scattered everywhere. Now in the porch i stopped dead, stood at the door having a heated argument with Ashley was Jaidee her once lavender hair a hazel brown, and her usually tattooed covered arms were covered with a leather jacket.
"How can you listen to her, i was away you know that Ashy, i have my plane tickets and everything, she's delusional probably been hit in the head too much." Jaidee hissed with a clear venom pointing a perfectly manicured finger at Ashley. Spotting myself in the background her spit fire continued now directed at me however this time perfectly practised crocodile tears sprung out her eyes, "I though we where friends, and now, now I'm going to jail. For..for what! what did i do." Mesmerised by her acting skills, the lies escaping through her mouth made my blood rile. I thought that part of my life was over, i though it was over. Book closed. Feeling an arm sweep me off my feet and over a shoulder.
"Time to leave Baby girl!" they spoke but i didn't fight back as they carried me, the sight of Ash, Jaidee and now CC's screaming match unravel.

Once the screaming spitfire left, her blood boiled because of the sheer turn on her first plan went. Marvelled by how tight nit the family had become she did not expect to be turned away so fast especially since she had the famous bassist wrapped round her finger a month prior. It was over. They had won. The police had her tracked and only more of her and her mothers work was to be crushed, in a mere few hours she would be in custody of prison. Her life sentence being 64 years, so basically her whole life, she couldn't escape. A light bulb hitting her brain a smirk brandished her face looks like the game isn't over....

The household back to usual, Jake and CC engaged in a brutal game of Call of Duty which caused them to scream the house down as Jinxx sat occupied reading a novel in the corner as if the two screaming toddler like adults didn't exist. Ashley hidden away in the corner his headphones in his ear blocking out the sound of the world while Andy sat texting, his outrageous batman phone case in all it's glory.

"Hey Austin, Veronicka wanna freak out the guys?" i asked, absent-mindedly playing with the new addition on my finger. Quickly discussing a plan i swapped the ring to my left ring finger as Veronicka ran down the stairs Austin and I following behind. Entering the packed living room i sauntered over to Dad, placing myself on his knee my arms wrapping around his neck in a hug however making sure the cool metal of the ring hits his skin. As if on cue CC jerked back a look of disbelief on his face as he pulled up your hand. "What..what is this?" he stammered as if unable to say the words. Biting my lip trying my hardest not to stifle a laugh i walked over to Austin my hand lacing his his. "I'm engaged!" i squealed making even Ashley look up a look of disbelief on his face. "What no! no your not! Your sixteen!!" Dad shouted as Jinxx spoke up, "You guys aren't even couple?"
"Yes they are, the have been dating for months!" Nicky informed playing her part like a boss. Nodding our heads encouraging everyone Austin kissed my head which added to the total effect. The room now a thick silence, you could see the fast paced beating of Dad's heart his face contorted with disbelief and anger but that's when i lost it. Bursting out in a thick laughter it wasn't long before Austin and Veronicka joined in too each of out pointing at everyone's faces. "Wait you so guys aren't.." Andy spoke no sure how to end the sentence. "No! we aren't even dating! and this ring is just a gift for my Christmas from Austin. No need to panic especially you Dad!" i chuckled lightly patting his shoulders, since he was still mute a hand clutched to his chest. "Merry Christmas Guys!" i roared leaving the room, with the other kids on my tail.

Little Veronicka now hidden in a blanket fort with Cassara, stuffing their faces with popcorn as they drooled over fictional men. "You know Nicky we should spend this whole night together, i've been missing ya." Cassara pondered out loud. Austin had left two movies prior sending birthday wishes to Andy for tomorrow and general good wishes as he left. "Yeah that sounds good!" Quickly pausing Bad Neighbours as it began eager to question her little sister on her life Cass swivelled around facing the young sibling. "So, hows school?" "Good."
"Good. Is that all i'm getting? Come on spread some details, tell me about your friends, foes and boys?" Wiggling her eyebrows the 16 year old elbowed Nicky suggestively as she smirked. "Uh, well my best friend is called Rebecca but we all call her Red cause her hair is like a fire engine, she's one of them people who you cannot hate so she's very bubbly. Um.. my other friend is called Jack he's pretty cool, you know likes the same music and stuff."
At this a light blush covered her cheeks making me laugh at her awkwardness.
"Stop laughing at least we're not obviously in love with each other like you and Austin." Cue me blushing as i cover my face in my hands. "Shut up Nicky."
"Oh no this teasing will go on all night Bambi." Jokingly grumbling i pressed play eager to avoid the teasing, was it that obvious i likes him?
