My Life Turned To Ashes.

The next few days Buffy met the rest of BVB then they had to go on tour.

Buffy's POV

Daddy and I were finishing our packing so we could leave for his band's tour. I finished putting my clothes into a bag and ran into Daddy's room. "Daddy I'm done packing." I said. "Okay I'm just about done." He said putting a few more things into his bag and zipping it up. "Okay I'm officially all packed." He said kissing my head. "We need to take our bags downstairs and wait for the bus now." He said grabbing his bag. I ran to my room and grabbed my bag and Morph's carrier. I followed Daddy downstairs and went outside with him. We were outside for a few minutes until the bus pulled in and Uncle CC ran out and picked me up hugging me. Uncle Jinxx grabbed Morph and my bags while Uncle CC carried me and Daddy carried his bags. Uncle CC took me back to the bunks and let me pick mine. I picked the one across from Daddy's. I yawned and Uncle CC sat me in my bunk. "Hey Ash Buffy needs a nap!" He yelled. Daddy came back and looked at me then gave me Morph and my blanket. "Sleep tight Baby Girl." Daddy said to me. "I love you Daddy. Will you sing to me?" I asked. "Sure Sweetie. What song?" He asked. "The Great Escape by Boys Like Girls." I said while yawning. "Okay." He began singing and soon I drifted off to sleep a smile on my face.

Ashley's POV

I was in shock. Buffy had never said she loved me. But then I realized something. I loved this little girl too. She has turned my entire world around for the better. I haven't slept with some blonde bimbo since last tour and I don't feel empty like I used to. I feel like I have meaning now. I sang the song Buffy wanted and then kissed her head and walked into the living room still in a state of shock. Jinxx must've noticed because he looked at me strangely before asking "What's the matter?". I looked at him and smiled. "Buffy just told me she loved me." I replied. "Really? What'd you say?" He asked. "I told her I loved her too and sang her a song so she could go to sleep." I replied. "Why does she ask you to sing her to sleep every time she has to take a nap or go to bed?" Jake asked. "She has nightmares of what happened that night. A couple nights ago I didn't sing to her and she woke up in a cold sweat completely pale and screaming. She ran into my room and woke me up sobbing. When I asked her what was wrong she told me she had a nightmare about the fire. I told her everything was fine and sang to her and she fell asleep. The next morning she woke up perfectly fine no nightmare. That's when I realized that her being sung to sleep is like a comfort thing that kind of reassures her everything will be okay." I told them. They all nodded in understanding. We hung out for about an hour or so before Buffy came in holding Morph. She came over to me and crawled into my lap laying her head on my chest and curling up with her tiny black kitten. I wrapped my arms around her small frame and kissed her head then looked back up at the TV. A few minutes later I heard tiny snores coming from her. I looked down and sure enough she fell back asleep. I decided taking a nap sounded really good so I picked her up and crawled into my bunk with my little girl in my arms covering us with a giant fluffy blanket and remember the last thing I thought before falling asleep was, "I can't believe this precious little girl is mine." Then everything faded into a comfortable dreamless sleep.
