My Life Turned To Ashes.

Spike's POV
After we left the hospital I had Dad put Buffy on my shoulders and we walked to the table. When I sat down in my seat Dad put Buffy in my lap. After a few minutes she fell asleep. About 20 minutes later the meet and greet started. Everyone was nice at first and a few gave Buffy and I hugs carefully so as not to wake her up. about 30 minutes in though I saw some chicks laughing and pointing at Buffy and I. They finally got up to the table and I was fuming. "We love you Ashley!" They screamed. "Thanks guys." He replied. One of them started leaning over the table showing off her boobs to him. He tried not looking as much as possible and I knew he was uncomfortable. "Hey! Bitch with the fake ass tits!" I said. She looked at me with disgust. "Yeah you. Stop flirting with my Dad. You're too fucking young.I'm probably older than you. Now just back the fuck off." I said. "Shut up you little emo fag. Why don't you go just jump off a bridge with that little runt in your arms. I bet she's your kid too is she?" She asked me. "Actually no Malibu. She's my little sister and how's about you watch how you speak to some people. Imagine someone saying that to someone you cared deeply for and then they actually went and did it because it hurt them so bad. You'd feel like shit wouldn't you? Imagine losing someone you held dear to you all because of a few words. Watch what you say. It affects people in some of the worst ways possible." I said looking at her. She looked down with a look of remorse. "I'm sorry... You're right." She replied. "I shouldn't have said that. And you're right. If someone said that to someone I cared about and they actually did it I would feel like shit... I'm really sorry.. I'll just go now." She replied looking down walking away with her friend. I looked around and saw everyone staring at me. Then they all started clapping. I smiled and held Buffy closer to me. I could hear her lightly snoring. About an hour later the meet and greet finished and Jinxx grabbed Buffy from me because I couldn't carry her due to my casts. When we got back to the bus I crawled into my bunk and fell asleep to my music.
